Seven Stars

Three star hotel due to rounding. That is, closer to 2.5 stars than 3.5. Helpful staff, basic breakfast, building facilities and services very basic.

Due to the number of guests, WiFi is not or hardly available until 1 o'clock in the evening, especially if your kmr is not next to rehearsal Breakfast poor, eggs cooked green, only dry white bread. Coffee tastes miserable, is probably already made at 6 o'clock. Pay everything in cash, pins not possible. 7.50 additional air conditioning pd Overdue maintenance hotel, many things broken! Blue feet and bathing suits when your pool comes out of the paint that comes off. Very unfriendly and not hospitable staff: Especially the corpulent lady at the reception, which is also written about in an earlier review! If you are sick you have a problem No telephone on kmr to call doctor via reception. Little service to assist and support you in this kind of situation. Treated outrageously! The fact that there are no coffee facilities on the kmr despite being described is the least bad thing .... Chambermaids are treated like dogs by the shrew at the reception

The hotel is a bit dated but once you look through it it's fine to do. The bed has a very hard mattress but I understood that this is more common in these countries. The bathroom has a lot of limescale spots but otherwise pretty clean. The pool is lovely, clean and there are plenty of beds available. The pool bar is nice, you can have a good lunch here. The lady at this bar is wonderfully direct and super friendly. Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

Fine Hotel bit dated beds are very hard but they solved it well with a topper. The pool was fine, friendly staff and breakfast was also ok. Note the hilly area. So whether you want to rent a motor scooter or car, you want to see something of the island.

We stayed in this hotel at the end of July. Rated 3 stars only for the great and beautiful location. We had a room with a pool view. The pool and common areas are clean. Average room, a bit shabby. But this hotel has a flaw. They haven't cleaned the room once in 7 days, not even swept or changed the towels. They just emptied the trash. I assume it's due to the covid and that they only clean on request to avoid contact with people, but no one warned/explained this to us also because it said on the bulletin board that the room was not cleaned only on Wednesdays. Hmm, I don't know. Air conditioning, use of the fridge (no minibar) and safe are subject to charges. For those who want to stay here, I recommend asking for room cleaning.

Hotel vecchio, antiquato, datato, avevo letto le recensioni ma erano datate e la maggior parte fatta da stranieri.Appena arrivati , dopo le 13, eravamo molto stanchi, svegli dalle 4 del mattino, troviamo la stanza accaldata senza una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero, chiedo alla reception di accendere l'aria condizionata mi dicono che il costo è di 7€ al giorno, che sul contratto di alpitur era scritto. Le pulizie e il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani il mercoledì non vengono fatte e per gli altri giorni fatto in modo relativo.La colazione scarsa,solo un giorno hanno messo dei cornetti, l'acqua per il the a volte fredda,il limone lo dovevi prendere con le mani, potrei continuare,di certo non ci tornerò.Mi sono rivolto ad un tour operator per avere maggiori garanzie,ma forse ho sbagliato qualcosa.Per il resto l'isola è molto bella.

Hotel in ottima posizione, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti ma è abbastanza fuori per evitare gli ingorghi di macchine alla sera. Hotel datato e un po' anni 70, ma la nostra camera (studio) era molto ampia e pulita e abbiamo avuto la compagnia di una famiglia di gattini. La colazione al primo impatto sembra una mensa di un collegio, con il vassoio (che se alla fine è poi comodo) ma comunque non è male, meglio di quello che ho letto in altre recensioni, non è super assortita ma c'è qualcosa per tutti i gusti, dolce e salato. Per il prezzo pagato, Hotel consigliato

Ottima posizione in un isola spettacolare, spiagge e mare bellissimi, ma L hotel molto scarso sia la camera che la colazione. Pulizia e cambi biancheria inesistenti e parti comuni non curate. Nessuno parla italiano nonostante clientela italiana.
