Came here with my siblings and cousins. I had an amazing experience while staying here for a whole week. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were super clean. The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The restaurant food was great. It was buffet but they had a variety of healthy options. Most importantly price was very reasonable for the stay and the food and the service. We will definitely been back next year again. I would also like to specially thank Irene Hartofilakas who was a receptionist at the front desk. She went above and beyond to welcome us. She was super helpful. Every time I had a question or needed assistance from directions to getting towels for the beach. She was there to answer all my questions. A big 5 start rating for her alone! Thank you Irene! You were amazing once again! See you guys Next year again! Karpathos ❤️

Stayed here for a wedding with a larger group Appreciated the family side rooms either storage space for luggage - do wish there were more drawers The pool closed early (6) however the beach is open 24/7. Our room was a two bedroom two bathroom two floor unit with private plunge pool - the pool came in handy when the main pool was closed The spiral staircase was treacherous for those not used to them- we all fell down at least once - I’d plan to keep younger kids and older adults downstairs Staff were nice and helpful Breakfast buffet contents didn’t change much and I was glad we were only there the 4 days- there are a few shops and a bakery across the street which came in handy The beach/pool bar was well equipped and not $$$ The beach server worked super hard in 100 F heat but keep in mind there was only one person so service was slow We really enjoyed Karpathos Water Sports - family run activity center on the beach right next door. The owners were delightful and you can tell they just wanted everyone to have fun The sea water was amazing The roof bar was popping one night- great white party but then was closed to next day

We stayed at Konstantinos Palace in Karpathos in June and had a very pleasant experience. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel, and it continues to meet our expectations. The weather was lovely throughout our stay. We booked the suite with private pool, which was spacious and quiet. The staff were attentive, consistently polite, and made us feel welcome. Cleanliness across the hotel was excellent, and the suite itself was spotless and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall setup of the room in two levels is ideal for families. Breakfast was of high quality, with fresh items prepared at a live cooking station. The lunch and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of dishes as well. The spa and hairsalon services were excellent, with friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere.

I found myself very well in this structure for the cleanliness in general and especially in the room, excellent assistance from the staff for any problem. excellent cuisine and very good Italian chef. fantastic Veraclub animation group each capable of making you feel good and involving you from games to chats to their shows. a special thanks to the girls of the miniclub who have infinite patience and leave something magical in the heart of every child.

Best location with a stunning view! This hotel has very nice and helpful staff, especially Lina and Buda. Also, the food is awesome. The only downside is that it felt like guests of Italian nationality were treated better and more favorably at the hotel, making you feel slightly overlooked if you weren't Italian.

Let me start by saying this hotel doesn’t quite deserve its 5-star rating—4 stars would be more accurate. It’s the largest hotel on Karpathos and comes with all the facilities you’d expect. However, it’s very much geared toward Italian guests, with around 80% of visitors coming from Italy. • Breakfast: 07:30–10:30 • Dinner: 19:00–21:30 The hotel has its own private beach, where parasols and sunbeds are free of charge. Availability isn’t an issue—they’re almost always empty. The reason? The relentless Meltemi winds, which I seriously underestimated when booking my week-long stay. Swimming in the sea under these conditions is nearly impossible. For non-guests, renting a parasol and two sunbeds costs €20. I didn’t make use of the hotel’s pools, as I preferred searching for smaller, sheltered bays where the wind wasn’t as overpowering. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of variety at dinner. The only downside was the cost of bottled water—€4.50 for a liter. In my opinion, Karpathos is a destination you visit only once. The constant Meltemi winds make it hard to fully enjoy, and I won’t be returning. For me, it’s simply not a sustainable holiday spot. So, no more Karpathos for me.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and spacious. What truly sets it apart, however, is the staff. Irini at the reception was outstanding — always smiling, helpful, and professional. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
