Very disappointed owner very rude complicated arrogant always present Pool very cold rooms nice but to hot But the service and breakfast fabulous . Love this place in first place but not anymore will not came back Nie polecam tego hotelu właściciel okropny

The hotel is in a good location, about 1km from the town centre. There is free parking and staff are friendly. The room was nice, with good views from the balcony. The breakfast was very good. WiFi is not high speed. There is no tea/coffee/kettle in the room which I found a bit strange. You can ask downstairs but there is a charge. I would expect tea and coffee to be a standard, free offering to all guests, especially from a 4 star hotel.

Ich habe hier 5 tolle Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel verbracht. Angefangen vom Interieur über das Wellnessangebot bis zum Service...es war alles perfekt. Das Restaurant ist absolut gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt Speisen von hoher Qualität. Das muss man unbedingt mal in einem Karpacz Urlaub besucht haben. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich mit einer finnischen Sauna (15-21Uhr)mit dem schönen Schwimmbad(9-21Uhr)ist auch zu empfehlen. Ausserdem wartet auch noch eine Blockhaussauna (16-21Uhr) um besucht zu werden. Schöne Ruheplätze in einem gesonderten Raum gibt's auch . Alles in Allem, ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt! Ein kurzes Wort noch zu den Zimmer...sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet im alpenländischen Stil. In den Betten schläft es sich himmlisch bei optimalen Matratzen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist auch grandios. Das Hotel ist also uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und es sind nur 800m bis ins Stadtcentrum!

Najlepszy hotel w Karpaczu, wyśmienita kuchnia, piękny ogród, kort tenisowy bardzo dobra nawierzchnia,przemiła obsługa.Kompetentni wlasciciele dbający osobiście o gości. Blisko centrum Karpacza, parking obszerny, piękne ogrody, basen i siłownia.
