Stuff service is really nice and good accommodation, beautiful room, perfect clean, and nice architecture. Especially the front stuff, Aarti is really kind and perfect service. I really appreciate her for her kindness. She helped me to wear saree.

The hotel is unbelievably beautiful. Staff is very courteous, especially Anchal. We traveled with a child, who had so much fun. We particularly loved the view from their terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had enough options for everyone.

We planned our baby's first birthday at Noor Mahal, and it was phenomenol. The Frontier Mail restaurant manager Ravish Kishan was really supportive he planned the entire bday which is one of the best kind. Restaurant service staff Navdeep and arti provided a great service. We had a very child friendly experience with our baby. Chef had made a really good dishes to fullfull our appetite. They made seprate dishesh for our baby that was heart touching. Great planning, great decoration and great service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Noormahal. It was a peaceful and luxurious staycation, perfect for a family getaway. My only suggestion is to add more options to the breakfast menu. Special thanks to Aanchal for the great hospitality and friendly service!

It was an amazing experience at Noor Mehal Palace . I choose to stay with family on the way to my Delhi trip. The arrival experience was excellent, I was upgraded to a presidential suite which was massive in size with 02 bedrooms and a huge living and dining area , equipped with all modern amenities. Food was scrumptious and the hospitality was excellent. Staff @ the reception and restaurant was very warm ,helpful and took us around for property tour . The views and ambience was mesmerizing. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Thank you to all the staff, special thanks to Arjun ( FOM) and Mr. Puri GM , for a wonderful hospitality .

The stay was excellent we have a wonderful time, children enjoy the hotel activities and food during breakfast, lunch and Dinner Room service and amiu ities was also very good.The behaviour of the hotel staff was cooperative special thanks to Aarti.

Awesome property! Excellent staff, ambience. Food was very tasty but highly priced. Place is secluded. You either need your own vehicle or depend on hotel cab service. A good place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a heritage property for our anniversary and we came across Noor Mahal Palace in Karnal. It was just 2.5 hours from Gurgaon and away from the hustle bustle of the city. The whole property was so beautiful and traditional yet aesthetic. We also attended a wellness festival with yoga class and sound healing session. Our room was beautiful and the spa experience was surreal. Food was the cherry on the top. special mention to Shubham and Satpal for being so hospitable.
