Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

Good location for a four star hotel. The hotel is close to the commercial area and the surrounding environment is also very good. Calling a taxi from the main fire is almost 9 euros. The hotel is very hygienic and the front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym. It’s just that the texture of the interior decoration is better. Later, Karu will choose to live here.

Very large room and with all facilities you need. There is a supermarket nearby where you can get all food and drinks. Taxis from train station is only ECU 8- , some driver may not like to go for such short distance and teach/ ask you to take the tram. A beautiful peaceful small town to relax.

Favorite · The lobby is a co- breakfast room and is very beautifully designed. The room had a pleasant size and air conditioning that really worked well, because during our stay it was very hot in Ettlingen. The location is OK, to the center of the city there is a beautiful path along the river ”alb” and takes about 10-15 min. To the very beautiful swimming pool, it is also just a few minutes walk. Not liked · Breakfast was quite modest. Dry backs, sauce and cheese very simple, smoking tasteless ... But the coffee was fine.

As a concept I like the idea of capsules. It's like a hostel but with your own private space. On the surface area24/7 was well presented and modern. However: - I have real issue with the entire place not having a single member of staff to speak to and ask questions. The entire process was automated including checking-in. If you do have an issue or a question then you have to WhatsApp a number. This may work for some people but took away the humanistic approach for me. - On the plus side there is a kitchen to use on the negative there were only knifes in the cutlery draw, no forks or spoons. -There was no hot water in the shower/ bathroom sinks and the pressure of the water was weak. - The TV in the capsule was 'turned off' and could not be used. Why, if I'm paying for the room I want to use it's facilities. I also want more than a very short and unapologetic WhatsApp message explaining this. - The price, you are paying for the novelty of capsules. It's a glorified hostel at the same price I paid for a hotel the night before. - Capsules are, I'm my view only suitable for solo travelers. Who don't mind been confined into small spaces.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Wellness und Erholung. Sauna Erlebnis und Badelandschaft sehr gut. Die Peeling‘s und Getränke runden das ganze Erlebnis ab . Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr Vielfältig. Die S-Bahn stellt keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich erholen möchte und ein erholsames Wellness Erlebnis sucht ist es hier perfekt. Qualitativ gut und sauber.

The hotel has 4 floors and an elevator from deep garage. The check-in is quick and easy. There is a snack machine in the hotel lobby with sweets and cold drinks. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, have air conditioning, WiFi and TV. The bathroom is small but offers everything you need. Towels, body, hand and hair shampoo, cosmetic towels, as well as a hairdryer. Here is only a shortage: the bathroom deduction works very badly, which is already very unpleasant when a room is located from 2 people. We missed a refrigerator, but here too, you have to pay attention to the price-performance ratio and make departures at luxury. Breakfast buffet is in order. I would like to give a tip: since the hotel is just on a highly driven street, it is advisable to book a room backwards, there is nothing to get from street noise. I would book it again at any time.

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

Hotel is closely located to the Messe Karlsruhe and easily accessible by public transportation. The look and feel of the hotel is modern in overall and is nicely done (floral-themed), the rooms clean and nicely furnished. Overall nice stay. However, two things we weren’t pleased about and also heard other people complain about: This hotel is not accepting any cash but cards only. For guests from abroad, even small bills needed to be paid with card and commission usually apply for each transaction. Totally get the thinking of the cards-only policy but it definitely is not guests-friendly at all. The other thing is that we forgot to bring our travel adapter. Not the first time but in all previous hotel, we have also been able to borrow one from the reception. From a hotel which is located closest to a venue like the Messe Karlsruhe and with almost 160 rooms, we would’ve expected that they are prepared with a few travel adapter. Fact is: they have not a single one. As said: overall nice stay and we would probably book again, if we’re going to visit the Messe Karlsruhe but otherwise, we would definitely look for another hotel.

WwelshyamArrived quite late and was greeted by a very friendly young lady on sunday night who was very friendly and polite.We were booked in very quickly and then got to the room all i can say is great fridge fully stocked with drinks and snacks awesome room .We ventured down to the bar and again was greeted by a friendly young bar guy good service and a nice bar restaurant connected to the hotel.Room was comfortable perfectly clean and quality breakfast was as good as back home all i can say about this hotel is try it so a big well done to all the staff and management team.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, because not in the city but also not too far from the city. The cinema is also not far. Breakfast is sufficient and for everyone there. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no closet where you can eventually stack the bag. But is actually no problem, there is a clothes or something like clothes. The bathroom offers a furnace, hygiene bag, towels and shampoo with shower gel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking facilities next to the hotel and nearby.

GGuest UserThe sea hotel has fulfilled our expectations, especially we want to highlight the friendliness of the gastronomy both at dinner and breakfast. The double room was fine, the bathroom was modernly equipped with a flat-screen shower and a huge Duravit washing basin, there were flautable thick towels, all the best. When booking or when referring to the room, I recommend to take care of getting a room with balcony in the upper floors with sea view, our room 103 was on the ground floor with a terrace and only limited sea view and directly nearby the home-based beer garden, that would have become noisy at the appropriate weather.

(03.07.3023 18:00 Arrival) Your professionalism, friendliness and devotion have made my stay an exceptional experience. From the beginning, I fell up with their warm greeting and positive broadcast. She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Your service was always characterized by a personal note that made my stay even more pleasant. In general, I would like to praise the hotel receptionist for her extraordinary performance and her excellent skills. She is a valuable staff member who enrichs the Hotel Angel by her professionalism, hospitality and awareness. I can recommend them warmly and look forward to my next stay in this hotel, where I can be sure I will meet again at a so qualified and warm reception.

GGuest UserThe reception by the staff at the reception was friendly but somewhat chaotic. Unfortunately, there were also staff at the reception who were rather embarrassed by questions and that also clearly showed. Rooms 208 is quiet but very narrow. The bathroom is very large and perfectly enough in relation to the room. Unfortunately, all silicon fuels were strongly coloured and partly equipped with fungal liabilities. The quality of the room and bathroom cleaning was very dependent on the staff of the housekeeping. The first two days were still sticks of flat glasses and bottles, and undefinable sticks on the sticks in the bathroom and on the desk. The quality of the mattress was good but unfortunately the kits were not so good. The service to get a coffee or other hot drinks at any time in the breakfast room is a nice gesture. Breakfast was in order without being something special. The parking situation is challenged by the hotel's own parking house with a maximum height of the vehicles to be adjusted of 1.5 m.

For the reception you need to enter the front autogrill, the entrance doors are only open with a magnetic card; breakfast is in autogrill, with good release at the reception. Decent room as size, small but clean and sufficient bathroom, anti-shooting soap and phones available, free WiFi. Price: a little expensive considering category and type of service
