We booked a quadruple room, 2 singles and 1 double, but were given a family room 1 double and 1 small single bed. There is no human reception just a “key boy” machine to get your key on check in, so we had no choice but to accept it. The room was ok but the trams outside are very loud and run run all night, I wouldn’t recommend a street view if you are a light sleeper. The room was however clean, so it s a great city centre location and the breakfast was exceptional, such a huge selection of food which changed everyday 🫶

What a pleasant surprise. The room size was adequate for a couple. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Then you go down for breakfast and WOW! Great variety of food on offer and fresh coffee on the table. The thought down to the last detail, just fantastic. Great job by the restaurant staff. Thank you.

The hotel does not have staff for the check in which is automatic, so if you want information there is only a telephone number, no WiFi in the rooms, there is no air conditioning, there is no lift, so luggage must be carried by hand. The rooms are small, the bathroom miniscule, with a sink of about 30 cm. The only good thing is the breakfast, I do not recommend the structure
