Everything is excellent. Our family had a great time while staying at hotel. Comfortable, happy, clean. thank you. I will visit again when I have a chance.

It has been one of the best hotel I have ever been to. The staffs are super friendly, lovely and supportive. The location of this hotel is really good, super close to Metro and many landmarks and market. The big big plus of this hotel is that they even give you all the things include minibar for free. You could do party at your own room.

Perfect location in the center of Karlsruhe close to shopping,restaurants and the castle. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Free minibar.

Very close to the palace, convenient for travel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel has a parking lot for easy parking, the room is small but relatively complete. It is recommended to turn on the air conditioner when staying in summer, there are fried rice and meatballs

We had a nice 4 day stay at the hotel, which we enjoyed. Nice staff all over the hotel and breakfast was fine. Nice location close to the city. On the negative side is the gym which is more or less useless and there was a lot of noise from the street in the morning (We had a room facing the street) But i would consider going back if we visit Karlsruhe again another time.

If you miss the small town atmosphere of the 1990s this is a place for you , with newspapers in the lobby and sugar cubes in the room. The rception was kind my room was tidy, breakfast good. church beĺls can be heard.

Very good service, excellent breakfast. The rooms were small but more than adequate (we were in single rooms). The mini bar offers some free beverages. Parking is conveniently situated next to the hotel and secured. Located right in the center of the city

We keep coming back here! Best place in Karlsruhe! Friendly price, wonderful rooms, always an extra mile and small details that make the stay extra special for big and small, young and old. And the lady who makes the breakfast is lovely - year after year ❤️

Every time we pass through Karlsruhe we stay here - the atmosphere is great, staff are wonderful, breakfast is included and many other perks for free (that other hotels have since long stopped providing), fantastic rooms, and even jogging route suggestions. And then the location - so central, easy parking and great shopping, walks and eating possibilities just on your doorstep. Warmly recommended!

Nice place, great staff. We rented a car and travelled around, this was a nice stop in the middle of city centre. Also car park around the corner. Room was expensive but with more people in a room it was doable.

Dieses Hotel liegt sehr zentral alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar Vorallem das Schloss Karlsruhe und der Schlosspark. Sie haben eigene Parkplätze für 15 Euro pro Tag. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gut hatte alles was man braucht , kostenlose Mini bar inklusive. Wir sind mit einem Baby und einem Kleinkind angereist, das Babybett stand schon bereit. Das Bett war leider sehr hart und nicht so bequem zum schlafen und die Ablage Fläche neben dem Bett viel zu tief. Bei ihnen kann man auch ein anderes Kissen aussuchen, wenn man möchte. Was wir wirklich sehr gut fanden,dass sie Rollladen haben und Verdunklungsvorhängen. Für uns war das eine große Überraschung und waren sehr froh darüber da unsere Kinder besser schlafen wen es ganz dunkel ist. Das Frühstück war inklusive und das Buffet hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl und es war wirklich sehr fein. Auch dort war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch wen die Frühstückszeit schon vorbei war, wurde das Buffet immer noch gut gepflegt und nicht abgeräumt. Man konnte sehr gemütlich noch frühstücken und immer was holen. Haben wir selten so in einem Hotel erlebt. Ganz großes Kompliment. Trotz dem harten Bett kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen auch mit kleinen Kindern. Alles drum und dran macht es aus. Auch an das super aufgestellte Personal ein ganz großes Lob.
