War so weit alles top und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Bereits das dritte mal dort und nie bereut.

I booked my room through ******* and paid in advance. Even when I asked, the hotel was unable to issue me an invoice for the amount I paid. Telephone inquiries were unsuccessful and my email to the two managing directors remained unanswered even after more than a week. Incredibly unprofessional. Never again!

- the so-called "double room comfort" turned out to be a single room in our opinion! out with a bed width of 1.40 m. There could be no talk of "comfort". A double room bed should be at least 1.60 m wide if it is called "Comfort". Hardly in the door you stood in the shower and couldn't put your suitcase down without having to climb over it, room 213 is so narrow. In addition, the shower door doesn't close tightly, so that water flows into the room. Not to think about restful sleep, the tram rattles by and you wake up until the early hours of the morning. Soundproof windows should have been installed here. The blinds brought almost no noise protection. We were exhausted the next morning! - no occupied reception neither in the evening nor in the morning! - Breakfast on Sunday morning was supposed to be from 7:30 a.m., so we were told and said so in the elevator. We had to leave so early and wanted to have breakfast at this time. Everything dark, nobody there, everything unoccupied. A completely service-unfriendly employee who happened to pass by (house technician or something) gave us an extremely snotty answer when we asked at 7:40 if someone was coming and we could have breakfast. Not only no service, but also an outrageous answer on an empty stomach. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere. So we had to leave without breakfast! Even if the restaurant with the breakfast "service" does not belong directly to the hotel, as we then found out, the hotel should make sure that its guests can have breakfast. This is part of the generally accepted standards of a hotel. Conclusion: disappointment all along the line, we feel cheated and that at a price of €312.80 for 2 nights. I'm reviewing this so other guests don't have the same extremely negative experience with this property. By the way, I have not received any reply, let alone an apology from the hotel. So keep your hands off it and don't book!

Ontvangst, receptie en restaurant zien er keurig uit! Prijs van de kamer was ook prima. Maar de kamer was vies. Haren op bed en sanitair niet goed schoongemaakt. We kregen een nieuwe kamer aangeboden, maar die had hetzelfde probleem. De volgende kamer ook, maar die hebben we maar geaccepteerd omdat het al laat was. De reden voor alsnog drie sterren is voor de dame die ons hielp en het ook super vervelend vond. Hele vriendelijke en gast gerichte dame! Alleen het hotel moet de basis van een hotel wel geregeld hebben!

So ein versifftes Hotelzimmer habe ich noch nie gesehen. Boutique ist wohl das komplett falsche Wort für dieses Haus. Dreckig. Besser buchen Sie in einem anderen Haus. Das Restaurant ohne Worte.
