Für eine Nacht war es sehr gut, habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und habe ein Upgrade für ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Service war sehr freundlich.

是離開黑森林的最後一站酒店，有電梯，房間乾淨。酒店大門對面的馬路停車晚上不收費，但第二天早上8點需要駛離，酒店停車場較貴。總體還不錯。

Leider muss ich eine schlechte Bewertung geben. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht (statt 2) abbrechen, weil unser Zimmer durchgehend so hellhörig war und die Nachbarn extrem laut, so dass wir kein Auge zutun konnten. Unser Wunsch auf Rückerstattung der zweiten Nacht und des Parkhausplatzes, den wir ja nicht mehr nutzten, wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Erst nach Aufforderung durch Trip wurde unsere Anfrage auf Rückerstattung dann vom Hotel zurückgewiesen.
Als Hotel sollte man dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Man sollte auf Beschwerden reagieren und man sollte sich kulant zeigen, wenn die Beschwerden begründet sind. Da hat das Management eindeutig versagt. Und das Personal kann da leider nichts dran ändern. Sie waren bemüht.
Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Although some renovations were done, the bathroom fixtures were not updated. Gave the impression that the place was tired.

1 night checked-in (June 2025). We stayed in a 2 bedded room. A single bed (not very comfortable) and a comfortable King size bed

- location is approximately 15minutes to
Karlsruhe Hbf and easy to navigate.
- The room is clean and spacious.
- The staff are lovely and kind.
- Good variety of breakfast.
Dislikes
- Pillows are too soft for my liking
- The room is hot and there was no fan. However, 1 fan was provided on request. (Not enough as 1 room
