Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are a pleasant size. Unfortunately, breakfast on the holidays wasn't as good as on the other days. The cold meat and cheese display was too cold and wasn't refilled. There was no staff to be seen to reorder. On the other days it was great. Good choice. Gladly again!

The hotel is next to the train station, turn left and walk for 5 minutes. There is only one staff member at the front desk to check in. The water in the room needs a bottle opener, so you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Special thanks to the staff member at the front desk named A.Kalif. Although she is very busy and has a lot of work, she quickly handled it for us when we stored our luggage and needed water.

The location is great, just 200 meters next to HBF. You can see the station when you open the window. The soundproofing is also very good, but the bed is a little small. The service at the front desk is also very enthusiastic~

Hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly at check in. Low quality breakfast though. Arrived two hours before closing and they were out of almost everything and nothing was refilled. The orange juice was empty, bacon empty, eggs cold, pancake machine just switched off etc. Saw people (not sure if guests or contractors) filling up their own containers with drinks and food, which is also unsanitary but the staff didn’t care. Also this hotel suffers from something that is common in Germany. The knocking on doors when they know someone is in the room still even though it’s not checkout time. This is a practice that must stop. A good nights sleep and friendly reception staff but that’s about it.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet and great location. Wonderful breakfast. Only difficulty is parking due to construction.

New opened. Some general operations must be optimized. Booked for two, room prepared for one. Welcome water for free but no bottle opener.

Surprisingly it doesn't have the ambience of a Deutsche Bahn Building. It feels like beeing in a Hotel with a modern and pleasent atmosphere! The beds were comfortable and the employees were really kind professionel!

All around rude staff members, sneering angry answers to any simple questions, couldn’t take it seriously. Also denied us breakfast saying it was for “staff only” even though there was clearly other hotel guests still eating. not worth your time, plenty of better alternatives in the area.
