Karlsruhe Hotels with Gym

We come back after spend 2 nights in this hotel where no heater our room number is 309 corner room without heating ….. we arrive in good health and come back with fiver small child and his mom get fiver because of mistake this hotel and when we ask them they say it’s because of economy but on lobby area very good heating so economy just to make us sick wow 👍👍👍😠😠 we let room for cleaning but on cleaning way they do what just arrange your blanket nothing else even no coffee no water refill towel dirty they let for us ……..!! With booking Agoda it’s mark parking included but hotel staff not agree with this they charge us 48 euros for 2 night park your car which is not kind and they don’t care of what is written on your voucher they just looking way of them So finely it was very bad experience with Achat plaza hotel in Karlsruhe, Germany Never want to go back there and recommend to others please make clear before if there heater and one more thing Zero room service we call for tea because my wife get sick they say go down in restaurant to search we don’t have room service and in the restaurant 6 clients eating around of them 4 waiters Super hard work …… Very very upset Zero Service Achat hotel

When booking a hotel in Europe I look for the following: 1. Room for 4, 2. Parking for a pickup truck, 3. Free breakfast, 4. Relatively close to attractions. This hotel covers 3.5 of the items. It is about 2-3km from downtown. However, I found out after the fact that you can park for free about 10min walk from the city center. The breakwast was amazing, better in my opinion than some of the major US brands. Rooms were clean and staff spoke English and was polite. Location was easy to find and didn't have to use the onsite parking as the street parking was free. -1 star due to the rooms looking dated and no air coniditioning. We stayed in an ”appartment” which was just a larger room and the second ”bed” was a pull-out couch. We could have stayed in the cheaper room, but European occupancy rules and weird and we are forced into a ”suite” or ”appartment” (which this was not). Overall, I picked this hotel for the parking and breakfast. Had I known there is free parking right outside the city center, we would have stayed somewhere closer.

My wife commented this was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in on our many trips to Europe as she walked in the room. Humidity affects her hair and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the excess humidity. Fortunately, there was a plug outside the bathroom with a big mirror on the opposite wall. unfortunately, the bar was eyelevel, but it worked. On day two, the plug did not work. For both of us, it was very, very difficult to find the right spot between too cold and too hot for the shower. Once found it was ok, till someone, somewhere, caused the water to be scalding hot. I personally remember getting burned at least 3 times. Other than these items, showers and getting ready in the morning, the place was great. The arrival staff was superb, especially Tom. The maid was also very helpful about the plug. She brought her vacuum down to test the plug. It was head. She went out of her way for service. When we spoke about the plug at the front desk, one lady said, technicians in on Monday. Someone else heard the conversation and gave us an extension cord which we could plug into the bathroom and use outside the room. Very helpful. Great Bar service and the dinner salad dressing was superb. The bed was much better in terms of support than the bed at the Mercure in St. Germain En Laye. With the tram stop right outside, hotel is very convenient. The 5 steps Up / Down are not friendly with luggage or handicap. We were also in a remodeled room and it was nice. The glass hiding the coffee cups is inconvenient and finding the hot water pot was difficult to find at first. I hope they get the hot water fixed as I would want to stay again.

The hotel is fine, most importantly the air conditioning worked well as it was really hot over summer. The location was good, across from the train station and an easy walk into town. The thing that undermined our stay was the not funny joke to promise a free gift for booking direct then insulting guests with a SINGLE cheap drink voucher that can be used for two people to SHARE a SINGLE coffee or small pilzner!!! Two people stayed for 4 days and got a drink card for one crappy drink? We didn’t bother to use it as it was worthless and pathetic. Considering we would have got 4 stamps toward a free night when collecting 10 stamps on ********** I lost the equivalent of 50 Euros booking direct.

We came across this hotel a bit by chance but it was an excellent chance indeed! Great service with special touch for the little ones (a nice child bath glove and appropriate cosmetics were provided) , abundant breakfast and nice bar! Also, very close to the Zoo and a walking distance from the city center. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is in the city, yet at the same time relatively fast to drive up to from the highway on our way to north Italy. The hotel has its own garage for which you can reserve a spot (reserve, then go into the reception to ask which spot has been allocated to you), which makes it ideal when traveling. Note however that it is not big or spacious, so when parking with a big car, you need balls of steel. We stayed here on our way to and coming back. On our way to, we were surprised with an upgrade to the penthouse apartment, which is amazing! It's at the end of the corridor, with a small private terrace, and nice view over the city. It's decorated in an Asian style, with a lovely round couch to hang on, a big bathroom with a large rain shower, plenty of cupboard space, and coffee corner. The bed was huge and had a handy cushioned bench at its foot end, which we used to put our suitcase on . It was a shame we were only stayed one night and that it was pouring down, otherwise we would have sat outside and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Having said that, we enjoyed hanging in the room after dinner. We noticed that next to the penthouse, there is also a terrace and room for meetings (sign me up for those!), which companies I guess can rent. On the way back, we had a regular room on the first floor, which is still sizeable and as comfortable as we have gotten accustomed from the hotel. One of the other reasons we stay here on our way to Italy and back, is the breakfast. In fact, my husband talks about it while we're driving. Because it is so elaborate and welcoming, it just gives you the holiday feeling. You can make pots of tea with really nice tea, you can also order proper coffee (espresso machine) with oatmilk (Hafermilch), they have a wide range of warm breakfast food (scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, and my favourite: pancakes), as well as a wide array of cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, and a home-made chia diary glass. The only thing I'm missing is brezels (though they do have little buns made of the same type of dough. And a nice touch: on the mirror at the end of the breakfast room, they list the team for breakfast, which I feel is such a nice, personal touch. The hotel bar is quite a hot spot, we have noticed. Unfortunately we always have to drive the next day so never make it there, however, because of the hotel, we are considering a longer stay in Karlsruhe on one of our trips.

The hotel has its own home deep garage, which is closed at night, but to be opened to guests with the key card. Otherwise, there are also enough free parking spaces at the hotel. The hotel has 4 floors and an elevator from deep garage. The check-in is quick and easy. There is a snack machine in the hotel lobby with sweets and cold drinks. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, have air conditioning, WiFi and TV. The bathroom is small but offers everything you need. Towels, body, hand and hair shampoo, cosmetic towels, as well as a hairdryer. Here is only a shortage: the bathroom deduction works very badly, which is already very unpleasant when a room is located from 2 people. We missed a refrigerator, but here too, you have to pay attention to the price-performance ratio and make departures at luxury. Breakfast buffet is in order. I would like to give a tip: since the hotel is just on a highly driven street, it is advisable to book a room backwards, there is nothing to get from street noise. I would book it again at any time.

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Wellness und Erholung. Sauna Erlebnis und Badelandschaft sehr gut. Die Peeling‘s und Getränke runden das ganze Erlebnis ab . Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr Vielfältig. Die S-Bahn stellt keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich erholen möchte und ein erholsames Wellness Erlebnis sucht ist es hier perfekt. Qualitativ gut und sauber.
