The service (Blanka) assigned a parking spot to me, then an external guest coming for some spa, occupied the space. She then assigned me a spot 50 meters from the hotel. She does not speak English, only Czech and some Russian/German. She got anxious and her German/Russian became incomprehensible. When I tried speaking English with her, she said I should speak Czech in her country. She screamed at me and tried to lecture me. Wow.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well kept. The friendly reception is in German and English. Breakfast buffet is normal with a good choice of bread, cold cuts, cheeses and fruits. The Spa area is nice with a pool. Sauna has to be booked in advance and is not included. Massage is also bookable and recommended to ask early.

Ein schönes Hotel wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, jedoch kostet die Sauna extra worüber ich nicht informiert wurde, erst beim auschecken…. 15€ 2 Stunden… Abends Totenstille an der Bar/Restaurant. Die Kellnerinnen mal so mal so ….. hotel sehr sauber und schön. Frühstück auch ok.

Leider sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis: nachdem eine Mitarbeiterin uns am Montag einen bestimmten Platz im Wintergarten für Samstag Abend mehrmals versprochen hatte, wurden wir dann “ausquartiert” und das versprochene Menü existierte auch nicht, so dass die wählbaren Speisen sich auf ein Minimum reduzierten. Ansonsten gab es kein Ambiente beim Abendessen, so wie man es sich bei Pianomusik vorstellen würde, so dass wir es vorzogen, dieses Event abzubrechen. Schade, wir hatten einen anderen Eindruck gewonnen und uns die ganze Woche auf ein Highlight gefreut.

Очень благодарна коллективу Villa Ritter за прекрасный приём 👌 Как часто бывает в жизни, какое-то событие происходит "случайно" и это лучшее развитие событий, так случилось в этот раз - когда мы с девчонками искали где бы отметить мой день рождения. Всё сложилось с самого начала: администратор Аня встретила нас тепло и сразу уловила суть дела, семейный номер для четверых полностью нас удовлетворил, удобные кровати, халаты в индивидуальной упаковке, тапочки, дизайн номера и, конечно же вид из окна, всё нам понравилось. Зона спа тоже нас порадовала чистотой и свежестью, ужин очень - очень понравился, заказывали хачапури, салат "цезарь", тёплый салат из баклажан, стейк на кости... Ужин получился сытный 🤦♀️ Общение с коллективом отеля это отдельная тема для отзыва: поделились информацией, тепло поздравили и увеличили время прибывания в отеле 👍 праздник для меня состоялся, благодарю всех за участие 🤗
