Hotel ist echt top, leider etwa 20 Minuten laufen in Stadt, liegt auf Anhöhe.

Mother daughter trip
The hotel was nice and provided an old world charm. The spa was clean and had many service options. The food was okay, except the Restaurant Paris which was exzellent. The service throughout was a bit slow and not warm.

Need a big change before we will be back (never)
Very unfriendly service staff.
For a period we had no warm water. Electric was out and people stuck in lifts. Parking is far from hotel and open. The carpet in dining Area is very dirty. The transport tram to downtown stops at 1900 !
Needed early breakfast some days but not possible and no flexibility.
All rooms have only bathtub with no shower curtain so water everywhere (if warm)
