An old hotel, all facilities retain the ancient style. The location of the bathroom is a bit difficult to understand. You will know it if you have been there. There are no problems with other environmental sanitation. The location is excellent.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.

The hotel's location is perfect. It is advisable to take either a taxi or number 1 bus from Karlovy Vary station as it's about a 30 minute walk to the hotel. The first impression when entering the lobby is that it has seen better days and is looking very tired. The carpets throughout the hotel are worn and stained and need to be replaced. I was very happy with my room number 401 which was very spacious with an excellent bathroom with hot water in the shower at a good pressure. The WiFi was good and there were plentiful TV channels. There was also a wrap-around balcony for personal use. It was also only one floor below the restaurant. The spa on the first floor was below par as were the lunch and dinner buffet offerings at CZK 350 each. I would recommend using an external spa but booking ahead before your visit as it's a busy town. I would also recommend eating lunch and dinner outside; breakfast is acceptable. I stayed four nights. You can achieve everything by staying three nights maximum.

We stayed at EA Atlantic Palace Hotel Karlovy Vary for 19 nights in April 2022. We booked a package with breakfast and lunch included as well as SPA treatment on hotel premises. The hotel SPA is located on the second hotel floor, just steps away from our room upstairs what is very convenient. The hotel is distinctive for perfect location few minutes on feet to all water springs in the heart of the city, just on the banks of Tepla river. We have been provided us with a deluxe spacy room with a balcony. The hotel itself and hotel spa facilities were recently renovated. Our room had an excellent designers furniture and built in spacy cabinets with lights inside, what makes the atmosphere cozy feeling you at home. We have also to mention dedicated hotel staff in reception, attentiveness of hotel SPA staff and especially Alisa, the manager. We must also to mention the tasty food in hotel restaurant and especially Oleg who is a restaurant chef. The hotel is definitely worth the money we paid. We are looking forward to coming back next year and wish the hotel prosperity and success. Alex and Nataliya

Atlantic Palace is an island between Vřídlo, the Teplaya River, the theater, the church and part of the resort promenade. Everything about it is excellent - not a single complaint. There are simply no standards in the standard sense, the food is excellent, the cleaning is excellent, the reception is responsive, the elevator was not annoying, the location was pleasing. The only “minus” of the hotel is that on the right hand there is a bakery/trade shop, and on the left there is a mind-blowing confectionery shop. Well, this is torment for those who planned to lose weight in Vary. In general, from Karlovy Vary, namely from Atlantic Palace, I am returning with three extra kilos and a firm intention to return, God willing, exactly here

We chose the Atlantic Palace for our short break in Karlovy Vary. The location is great and check-in was uncomplicated and friendly. We chose the hotel because of the balcony and booked the deluxe room. The room is fantastic and very tastefully decorated, only German TV was not available, but no matter, a really nice, comfortable room. The only minus point here was the breakfast, somehow everything was there, but it was not 5 stars. We will most likely come back, we really liked it
