Это пожалуй худший отель в моей жизни ....не рекомендую даже бесплатно...рецепшн ужасен...начиная с заселения.. хоть я заранее просил вид на реку и хороший номер..мне дали худший угловой номер под бассейном который шумит с видом на свалку и окнами размером как в келье...но это еще мелочи..я попросил кружку мне в этом тоже отказали сказали не положено...я спросил про чайник, естественно отказ...сказали набирать внизу я спросил как это белать без кружки...намекнули набирать кипяток в ладони..в общем и это не все...в плане питания на ужин я попытался есть рыбу но она была так пересолена что никто не смог ее есть...подумал взять макароны с соусом..но во рту все пылало...сказал официанткам..они сказали повар перепутала соус.. в общем я бы и худшего врага тут не поселил..но выбор за Вами!

It was not easy to communicate With the staff at the reception.
They required everybody's adresses.
The room was ok. It was spacious. But connected room was noisy.
Good location.

We spent a fantastic long weekend in the Humboldt Park and Spa Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff super friendly and the room was extraordinary. We felt like royalty in the spacious, clean , modern and super comfortable room with an extra TV/living room, big bathroom with tub, extra guest bathroom and bedroom with sitting area. The Spa has a sauna and steam room, whirlpool and swimming pool. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
We can highly recommend staying in this central area of the town with only 2 minutes to walk to the hot springs, close to the thermal swimming pools, on the river and the park and near lots of restaurants and shops.

Our room was the very best and most beautiful one could wish. The personel is super kind without exaggerations. A truly wonderful experience! Having the swimming pool on our floor allowed us to swim every morning before breakfast. The food was carefully made and one can choose to follow a diet or eat "nomally".

Хочу выразить благодарность всему работающему персоналу в этом спа отеле. Главврач подходит ко всему профессионально, говорит свободно на русском,чешском,немецком и Английском языках. Еда в буфете меня поразила своим разнообразием и вкусом. Отель находится около змеиного источника. Советую посетить газовые процедуры,массаж всего тела или спины,лечебные ванны и обязательно косметолога на последнем этаже, она возвратит вам цвет здоровой кожи и её блеск. После газовых процедур вас не будут больше мучать боли в мышцах и суставах ,расслобляющие ванны расслабят мелкими пузырьками всё тело…. Постараюсь в этом году ещё раз посетить этот спа отель.
