Booked this place for my mum 70th birthday and her partner . Excellent communication throughout.my mum did not want to come back home. Loved absolutely everything about it. Pure heaven, apparently. I can very much recommend to everyone. You will be spoiled and treated like a royalty .

10 star for this hotel and customer service. I booked a 5x night stay in this hotel for my mum and her partner, for 70th birthday, and everything from start to bottom was absolutely perfect. Customer service as great as it can only get. Rooms stunning, restaurant, food, services, spa etc, not a bit that would need improving. Everything absolutely fabulous. I can only recommend to anyone who would like to visit Karlovy Vary. Thank you to all the staff in Corso hotel with all the help I needed during the booking, and my mum during her stay with you.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is new, stylish, clean and comfy. The walls are thin though and we could hear everything going on next door, which also means they could probably hear us. The spa was fully booked so we sat around the pool. It is very zen-like however the pool was lukewarm at best. With the hotsprings in town, i was expecting a warmer pool. The facilities are limited without a spa treatment. The pool, steamroom and sauna were available without a spa package but were very small. Overall we came at the end of September and I found this to be good value. I would come again but would book a massage well in advance of arriving.

What a beautiful hotel, modern and beautifully bright. The room was large and spacious, it looked new. The wellness area was small but tasteful. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was sufficient, with something for everyone. There was a welcome bottle of water in the room. Parking is actually a problem, but you know this in advance, as it is located in the beautiful old town of Karlovy Vary.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Superb contemporary decor. And spacious and also very comfortable rooms. The massages are just great with a very professional massage therapist. There are also a few small details to review: 1/ the industrial breakfast, without taste and without charm 2/ the spa and the swimming pool are great (go there in the morning) but the facilities are small so quickly overloaded in the afternoon 3/ The welcome is really very nice but we feel the staff are very tired and worn out. The manager at reception really does her best for the customers but she seems exhausted. Perhaps management could use its margin to recruit more staff and help existing employees??? 4/ small details: safe out of order in the room and broken blinds. Too bad for a 4 star 5/ the visit of people from outside the hotel supposedly to check the room's fire extinguisher at 10 a.m. without the management warning the customers. Is this normal???

A lovely little hotel with 25 rooms. The rooms are very tastefully and beautifully decorated. Everything looks very new, modern and clean. Very nice new wellness area with pool, sauna and steam bath. We had a great deal for €100 per night for a double room, so great value for money. Location in the middle of the city's pedestrian zone and still quiet because it faces the back. There is also air conditioning. The staff at reception seemed a bit unprofessional and communication in English was more difficult. The breakfast could be improved but it is OK. No high-quality food and not a large selection. Parking is also a problem, but it is difficult in the whole area. Still a nice stay. We would love to come back!

We were extremely disappointed. We booked an apartment and were really looking forward to our vacation, but when we checked in we were only given a "normal" double room. Although we received written(!) confirmation from the director Lenka Sobkova that an apartment was available to us, we were told "both apartments are occupied". What kind of service is that? What kind of management is that? It was not the vacation we wanted and the hotel is not worth the money at all. By the way, the hotel did not apologize! Neither verbally nor in writing!
