My husband and I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. There are no comments. I was pleased with the cuisine, the excellent staff of the hotel, the wellness treatments were very pleasant. Haven't had a vacation like this in a long time with my husband. This wonderful hotel turned out to be much better than the five-star hotels we had previously stayed here in Karlovy Vary. We wish Karlsbad Grande Madonna prosperity and good grateful tourists!

Excellent hotel. Resting with the whole family. Were at the wellness treatments. So, from what I liked: 1. Perfectly clean bed. 2. Good beds and mattresses. 3. Repair in the room. Perfectly clean walls. Clean curtains. There is no dust anywhere. 4. New furniture. The food was very tasty and filling. The staff is friendly. This means that we will come again. The hotel is located near the healing spring number 1, which is very convenient))

Отдыхали в отеле Карлсбад Гранде Мадонна, особенно понравился СПА. Замечательный пилинг от пани Ренаты, подводный массаж и хаммам. Большое спасибо за внимательное отношение пани Иванне и пану Андрею. Рекомендуем этот отель тому, кто едет в Карловы Вары за расслаблением и отдыхом!

Очень понравился отдых в бальнео-центре отеля KARLSBAD GRANDE MADONNA в Карловых Варах. Все водные процедуры проводятся на настоящей термальной воде, что добавляет особую ценность. Особую благодарность хочу выразить Иванне за её внимательность и высокий профессионализм. Также хочу отметить Андрея, который прекрасно выполнял процедуры, такие как душ Шарко и подводный массаж. Всё было на высшем уровне, рекомендую этот отель и его бальнео-центр!

Мне понравилось: ✅ Kомфортные условия, удобство номера, отличная уборка, чистота и вежливый персонал. Лечебное отделение с высококачественными процедурами и современным оборудованием также приятно порадовали. К отелю подведена термальная вода, что было замечательным бонусом. Что не понравилось: Kачество питания оставляло желать лучшего. В ресторане продукты часто были не свежими, что сильно подпортило общее впечатление. Это особенно разочаровало, учитывая четыре звезды отеля. ✅ Рекомендую выбирать этот отель без полного пансиона, если вам важно качество питания. В целом, отель достоин рекомендации, но учтите особенности кулинарии.

+» Милый, не большой отель 4 звезды. Прекрасное расположение, рядом главный 1 источник. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. Запрещено курить в помещении. Персонал доброжелательный. Еда разнообразная. Отличные сауны и хамам. «+» бывают путаницы в бумагах и документах, но быстро решают все вопросы. Хороший курс обмена валюты. «+» из мед персонала хотелось бы отметить и поблагодарить массажиста Ivan Holub и мед сестру Марию за их труд и заботу о каждом посетителе, вежливом обращении. Минусы: «—«» в номере нет питьевой воды, нет чайника (кофемашины), нет бельевой веревки в ванной; средства гигиены (шампунь, зуб щетки, и т д) надо иметь своё. Чай в столовой пакетированный, не вкусный. Часто попадались приборы и тарелки с остатками засохшей еды. «-«» В номере и самом отеле на всей мебели очень много пыли (для аллергиков это проблема). Маленький сейф, закрывается на ключ. Отель без бассейна. «-«» массажист Marcel слабоват как специалист, хотелось бы получать за свои деньги более качественные услуги. «-«» не предоставляют услуги прачечной, хотя в описании и ценник в номере есть. Это очень не удобно если живешь более 10 дней.
