Our stay at your hotel left us with a wonderful impression. Many thanks to Jana Homolová, DiS. Reservation & Sales manager for her patience and professional work when placing an order. For the attention given to us and the desire to always help the wonderful Renata and Victoria and for the delicious food to all the kitchen staff. I would like to note the daily and thorough cleaning of our room. But unfortunately, some medical procedures leave much to be desired - I mean water procedures in the bath, where in 15 minutes the water becomes very cold and no one comes to check, and this is so critical that my wife fell ill from hypothermia, which, of course, spoiled the holiday. There was no kettle in our room and at the reception desk they asked us for 5 euros per day of rent, although our friends had a kettle in their room without paying. In a four-star hotel it is strange to see the absence of shampoo, body cream and hair conditioner. These are, of course, small things, but all of this creates a feeling of comfortable rest.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel “Iris” in Karlovy Vary. Head Doctor Mr. Yuriy Onisko attentive, head nurse Mrs. Tana (apologies if spelling is incorrect, and I can’t remember the surname) organized SPA treatments well and does the CO2 injections so well, SPA staff is professional, kitchen staff makes selection of foods, waiters are nice, cleanliness is very good! Reception staff is quick and helpful. Thanks to all responsible staff of “Iris” Hotel. It is Quiet Hotel, although full of people, even with kids, quiet, not big Hotel. I used to stay in 5 star hotels in Karlovy Vary in the past, but somehow such 4* hotels also good. I wish to return back in this hotel when I can next time.

The spa hotel is a conveniently located place with a cozy ambiance. The staff is helpful. The spa is small but OK for a refreshing dip into the pool in the afternoon. We had a room on the 4th floor, which turned quite hot during the day. Though the weather was very hot at that time, it cooled down during the night, so it was quite OK for us. Still, we later found out that the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms on the 5th floor for the same price. So make sure to get a room on the top floor. The breakfast offers a variety of different kinds of food. Especially the availability of traditional Czech sausages was the highlight for us. Make sure to reserve a parking lot for your stay. The hotel offers a limited number of parking lots in front of the house. As parking in general is very complicated in this town, you might end up using one of the carparks at the outskirts, if you don't reserve a place. Book your places in advance!

Die Betten waren gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bad modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gute tschechische Küche. Ein großes Lob an den Koch! Ebenso an den Service! Die Massagen und medizinischen Anwendungen werden sehr gut ausgeführt. Bad und Sauna sind o.k. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ganz wunderbar - nur wenige Gehminuten und man ist im wunderschönen Karlsbad; Das Hotel ist ein kleines Hotel mit überschaubarer Anzahl an Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße mit Balkon; das Zimmer war ausreichend groß; Leider hat es in dem Zimmer ganz schön gemufft und trotz ständigem Lüften haben wir den Geruch nicht rausbekommen; da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat war es sehr heiß im Zimmer; dazu kommt leider noch dass die Decken eher für Herbst und Winter ausgelegt sind und nicht für Sommer; hier wäre es schön wenn es z.B. für den Sommer ganz leichte Sommerdecken geben würde. Das Bad ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß; in der Dusche muss man allerdings sehr aufpassen die ist nämlich sehr rutschig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich - allerdings wird an der Rezeption nur z.T. Deutsch gesprochen so dass eine Verständigung teilweise sehr schwierig war zumal wir mehrfach Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte hatten da diese ständig gesperrt war. Das Problem konnte nach dem 3. Anlauf gelöst werden in dem Batterien ausgetauscht wurden. Hier hätte man ein wenig freundlicher reagieren können. Das Essen ist ausreichend und immer frisch zubereitet - es hat an nichts gefehlt - die Messer könnten etwas schärfer sein :-) Das medizinische Personal ist hervorragend - wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt.

Vorab dies ist trotz vieler Reisen erst unsere 4 Bewertung. Bisherige :Gut, Geht so, Schlecht. Diese hier wird eine glatte „Sehr gut“ Ein tolles Hotel das nur wenige Minuten von den Heilquellen Karlsbad entfernt liegt. Sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal (Gilt für alle),jeden Abend ein leckeres Buffet. Poolzeiten ab 07:00 Uhr für uns ideal. Der Lichtschacht im Poolbereich mit normal Glas wäre Schöner, mehr Tageslicht. Abends noch was trinken leider nur im Zimmer oder außer Haus. Parkplatzreservierung ist zu empfehlen. Hotel Iris und Karlsbad wir kommen wieder
