My family enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms have been modernised to a high standard including the bathrooms. The staff were always on hand to assist us with our requirements. The breakfast was amazing and bountiful. Will always remember the place with a lot of nostalgia...

The buildings are fairly old and i feel there is need of an overhall of the structures. The location is fairly alright given its proximity and full views of the lake. Increase number of days when you save traditional food.

Caribbean Bay Hotel is an exquisite hotel located on the coastal/Beach 🏖 side of the Mighty Kariba Dam now the second largest inland Dam in the world. The hotel has most of the friendly staff and Best chefs They offer unlimited Wi-Fi even in 🛥 boats when you're at the middle of the dam waters you can still enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection The ship captain is superb There are other activities you can enjoy during your visit/stay at Caribbean Bay hotel arranged by the hotel.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent scence. More recreational activities have to be made available. The rooms need more supplementary items like toothpaste, nair brush ..., the staff needs to be flexible enough to use their shona/ ndebele dialogue as it appears english was the speaking norm. The professionalism was exceptional. Overall its an excellent resort area
