I am currently staying at the hotel and unfortunately I will stay for 3 more days. If you don't want to spoil your holiday, I say stay away. The hotel is falling apart everywhere, I want to write about the good side of it, but believe me, I can't find it. The hotel is very old and not renovated. We arrived at the hotel with our car from Istanbul and learned that there was no parking at the entrance of the hotel. They are not helpful and they are not aware that this is an abnormal situation and that a 5* hotel with an all-inclusive concept has the responsibility of providing parking for the customer's car. The bed bases, air conditioning, TV, sheets and towels, curtains and everything you can think of in the rooms are old/rash. The food is also a disaster. We supposedly had dinner, but me, my wife and the children are hungry now. There is night soup after 24:00, we are waiting in case it will be good. The drinks are also terrible, neither cola nor beer tastes like beer. Fruit juices are already '*******', I don't know what the new generation says. I put 3-5 types of desserts on the plate so that I could taste them and feed them to the children, unfortunately they all tasted the same. They said there would be animation at night, so we took the kids down to the pool, but we regretted it and ran to a small children's playground. Terrible sound system, outdated jokes, entertainment on plastic chairs that wouldn't even be considered fifth grade! If you are going to come as a last resort, I suggest you come knowing the situation. I don't have many complaints about the staff, I get answers to my questions, but ultimately the decision makers are the bosses. The pools are very crowded and poorly maintained, but the beach is not bad. Fruits and greens for dinner weren't bad either. ... These are my first day impressions.
