Hotel is 10/10 Food is 10/10 Staff is very friendly and humble Great infrastructure designs Hotel has multiple pools which caters for everyone, i would definately recommend this hotel, we also had our own jacuzi in our room which is very rare

Such a beautiful hotel with exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, delicious food and nice beach. Can be both active and relaxed vacation, no one pressures to do anything you don’t want. We even had a peacock living on our balcony floor

The Lumos Deluxe Resort is a great place to stay. It's clean, rooms are comfortable, the staff are really pleasant, facilities and activities are great as well. However the biggest downfall is the food. The pictures on their website is very misleading! It's edible but nothing is warm and nothing tastes fresh besides the grill stations. The small selection of deserts are the same for Lunch and Dinner. The only fruit choices are apples, bananas and oranges. Sushi as advertised was non existent during our 5 nights. Guest relations claimed that other fruits and Sushi is only seasonal but markets showed otherwise. We were asked by guest relations for feedback and if we could do a review together with them, however our honest feedback wasn't welcome and all they wanted to do was for us to give them 5 stars! All in all, great hotel but poor standards of food.

I would like to recommend this hotel, the service is excellent the staff can not do enough for you. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is fabulous. The service is second to none guest relation team very helpful especially Merjen and Aybuke. Food has lots of options also for the kids. Rooms very clean and spacious. Definitely going to come back to Lumos next year.

The Hotel is very nice rooms cleaned to a high standard and the food was amazing also very helpful staff including Dogan thankyou Dogan for having me and John at your Beautiful Hotel will definitely be comming back again highly recommend the hotel

Overall GREAT hotel for families. Very impressive interior design and clean (but turkey is very clean) There is a kids club which is small but can entertain for a couple hours or so. T shirt colouring is 10euros and they get a medal at the mini disco. Every night mini disco was 9pm. And entertainment 9.30-10.30. Animation was good not so in your face and let you relax. But would encourage volleyball, henna etc Sevja and Nevet were great with kids. Pool was cold most days because it is early season so people complaining of cold pool water should go June - August. The slides were a lot of fun! Spa was great - however I had bad massage experience but the lady at the spa reception was very kind and apologetic and resolved what she could. My husband said his shiatsu massage was amazing and very thorough. The food was so authentic and amazing! Yes the fruit and salad is used for lunch and dinner but nothing wrong with that. Even catered for people who will only eat pasta and chips/nuggets. But the Turkish food was amazing. When breakfast/lunch was closed there is a snack bar at aqua pool and also ice lollies 3pm-4pm. Beach is a small stone beach but very pleasant with the hotel bar on it too. Only a short walk away which is no problem. There is small supermarket and market next to hotel. Downside is the distance so be prepared to travel if you want to do excursions and I would recommend to book the private taxi from Antalya airport to hotel (2 hours) My only complaint was the ‘guide’ (I won’t name him because I know they must make a living) we booked the dolphin park which was worth it but he was not truthful about timing of things just to appease us and make us book things. He also told us pick up would be for 4am for airport transfer but this was wrong so last minute had to book private taxi. He is not really attached to hotel so I cannot fault the hotel for it. The staff were attentive and helpful when needed. Things to do: pirate boat, dolphin park, shopping in alanya (15 euros in taxi one way - very efficient) We love turkey and will bring the whole family to this hotel.

This was my first experience of staying in Turkey and the Mediterranean Sea. I liked it very much. The hotel, the pools and all the courtyards are very clean. All the staff is active and pleasant. There are many things for both adults and children. I can recommend this hotel for 1000%

Staff is very friendly and accessible good ambiance, kids friendly, very clean, have private beach, easy access and very happy staff, Guest relation listen to suggestions and happy to help. Rooms are cleaned, good food and alot of food..

Amazing hotel, lovely and clean,pool and pool area spotless the girl cleaned the drains every day around the pool,water in the pool a good temperature.Food plentiful and the desserts were amazing.Good nights sleep,no noise from either the hotel or surrounding area,room cleaned daily and water and soft drinks in mini bar replenished.All the staff are polite and very helpful.... except for the love holiday rep who was unhelpful and because we hadn't booked trips or gone to the welcome meeting wouldn't tell me when I transfers were. Would definitely recommend this hotel well worth 5 stars.
