Amazing hotel , great view , best customers service , wide selection of food , best staff ever great team work BEDO FROM ENTERTAINMENT TEAM was the best , honest he works very hard to satisfy all , ummu pastries sweet girl down to earth kind and sweet , if u are willing to party all night don’t miss the night out to illution ! Club I went yesterday u will be truly taking well care off great time best hotel so far from 1 resort I hotel I been in this aria suppose to eat at alla karte yesterday but I could not resist dinner buffet with lamb, grilled turkey and chicken .. sushi , and sea food day was great .. with mix drinks no different if the ligü er is brand name or not .. for sure I will be BACK

Great hotel, fantastic staff, just kind and helpful. Amazing food and cakes. Amazing views. Especially if you book in one of the 16th floor restaurants. Lots of pools and lots of activities. Well organised. Be early to get seats on the shuttle!

I stayed in gold city in may this year for a week, the entertainment team is great, they are very good with the children and made our stay very enjoyable, there is many shows on every night and it is very interactive with the children. I would highly recommend this hotel for family’s. For older people they also have a shuttle bus which goes to a nightclub I was expecting bad night club but it was great one of the best I’ve been to in turkey from my experience, we wore brought by bedo, angel, banu and mr.ozan they made sure we wore safe and well treated in the nightclub.

Very nice place definitely recommend for families. Entertainment team are amazing with the children. Especially bedo, banu, özge. Place is very clean. Will 100% be coming back next year with my little one. My little girl is only 3 she has had the time of her life and doesn't want to leave.

It is a very nice hotel, a place to relax, the hotel's service, food and drinks are generally satisfactory, the food is delicious. There is a very nice spa with a magnificent view in -2. The SPA manager Emre Bey is a very good person, smiling and helped us a lot. The therapist girls are very good, they made a good discount on massages. See you again next year.

The entertainers were really great they made the trio really enjoyable by catering to adults and children. Bedo, Angel, özge, Banu and mr. Ozan was all great. The water part was good for being included in the price with the pool areas being a great size. The food and drinks were amazing and overall it made for a great holiday.
