An excellent hotel in a beautiful location.
Mountains on one side, sea on the other.
Caring staff, excellent selection of dishes, fruits, original alcohol.
Several pools, in different areas, everyone will find a place to their liking. There is an area with a pool and a bar for relaxation, without children. Entertainment every evening: shows with artists, live music on Tuesdays. Animators are active throughout the day!!! table tennis, tennis, volleyball, water park

The hotel is of average quality. Everything is geared towards Russians. The staff struggles with English. 80% of the guests are Russian speakers. Music is allowed at full volume until 1 a.m. for some inexplicable reason, even though the hotel considers itself family-friendly. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to be surrounded by Russians and have unpleasant interactions. One plus is that it's clean. The food is mediocre. The pools are average. The hotel is plagued by Turkish salespeople constantly trying to lure you into their shops. You won't find peace here. On one side, there are street noises, on the other, loud music.

I liked the hotel very much, it is a very high quality place, the entertainment in the evening is very good, all the employees are very attentive, we are very happy, this attention is very much, the food is delicious, the evening shows are also very nice, the DJ of the hotel is very good, the songs are also very nice, we would like to thank the ANIMATION team of the hotel, all of them. Please accept this complaint regarding the poor quality of service at your hotel. I have never experienced such inadequate customer service before. Despite being advertised as a five-star establishment, the level of service provided does not meet those standards. One expects polite and accommodating staff, yet this has not been the case." One of the better experiences in Turkish hotels. Large territory, neat and beautiful environment. The staff is very helpful, they speak English and Russian very well. We would like to say a special thank you to Erol and the entire administration for their help and care in all matters.

Amazing holiday with my friends ! The hotel is in the large area and there is loads to do like aquapark, beach and snacks, drinks everywhere ! Daily and evening entertainments, smiling and helpful staff. We loved everything in this hotel ! I will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel. Great staff! Animation team is amazing! Lots of activities to do. Yoga was great. Had lots of fun playing Volleyball with Tolga! I would recommend this hotel to visit with friends or family. Territorry is big, the views are amazing, like sunset. The best photos are at infinity pool. Beach side has lots of space….

Nice and clean rooms. Extremely beautiful views. Food is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had great holiday. I had to admit that if you have mobility issues you should consider to avoid this hotel. The walks to the beach and around will be very difficult for elderly people and people with mobility problems
