Yet friendly staffs all the way from the front desk up to the security..ups cleaners are smiley face too.Cooks..to waitress. Tese part is excellent. Clean coffee shop for breakfasting ramadhan, food taste was delicious, safe facility as they put hand sanitizer in the guest lift and at the entrace door also at the reception desk. They have a fitness facility and an indoor swimming pool too, it will be my next try for that facility. The room was clean and pretty comfortable bed. Very enjoyable. Thanks for the friendly service!

Was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Warm welcome by Ainun upon check in. Welcome drinks available in the lobby. Room was clean and have a good view. Welcome amenities was very nice. This hotel is another, options from the hotel in KIIC area. The road access in some area isn’t smooth yet. They have a promotion for free dinner and laundry with special price. But i think for the dinner menu is limited only from the common menu when u visit to the restaurant itself. For water heater isn’t fastly comes when the valve change into the hot water. Really dissatisfied for the last day of stay, the water is almost dark in brown color in the early morning. TV unit is really small, need more closer to watch it. Some channels isn’t available continue during my stay.
