We are having fabulous time in this wonderful hotel. All the hotel facilities are excellent. The rooms are great, very clean. The food is so good. It's a very luxurious hotel and beyond our expectations

The hotel and staff are above and beyond expectations. Especially the main breakfast dept with high commendation to. Kamil. Rest manager Serdar Muhammed. I would also like to include Funda guest relation and also Meliah.. mellisa and ipek for great beverage services . Overall my stay was outstanding... only one minor error or downfall was the dinner buffet service was very poor in service and lacked the friendliest people to serve you. I would recommend friends and family to visit and stay . I would also give it 4.5 stars out of 5 stars overall. Great place and great people with service to match. Thank you Merit hotel. This is our 5th visit to alsancak and each time we try to book a table here. The set menu on a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday is absolutely great value for the money. Fine dining at its best, just 2 menus one chicken one beef. Tried both and took friends back with us second time. Service second to none, food can’t fault anything, and from someone who cooks fresh each day I know I’m picky. This works out at £20 a head however that includes a bottle of wine per couple. The bread and dips you get as standard starter are also excellent quality. Cannot say enough about it apart from can’t wait to come back.

Invited for lunch by a dear friend and member of staff. Not much point posting too much as its all inclusive, brand new, and gorgeous! Staff are from all backgrounds and come together well offering a "nothing is too much trouble" service level. Worth going on holiday, when your normal place is closed !

The Bella Merit restaurant is still one of the best experiences on the island. The staff lead by Abdullah are attentive and smiling all the time. The setting is amazing sitting on the balcony looking out over the sea as the sun sets. As you relax and listen to the violinist play the food starts arriving. The dishes are beautifully presented and always of the highest standard. I particularly love the fettuccine in the four cheese sauce - the sauce is amazing. When the bill arrives it is always a pleasant surprise how good value it is and when you leave the farewell Is sincere with beaming smiles. Always book your next visit as you leave as the Bella Merit gets very busy sometimes.

The food was delicious and well presented. Lovely view overlooking the sea. Attentive Staff. Good value. An excellent wine list. It was a unique experience.The decor of the public areas is beautiful. This is a fabulous Hotel.

We stayed midweek early October at Merit Royal Premium; beautifully designed, hotel is luxurious from lobby, welcome, rooms, restored, swimming area, pool, spa & Hamam. Staff are courteous, very polite, speak English. Overall we loved it, will recommend it & stay again. Thank you Merit staff.

Rooms, service, foods everything was great except the fact that the neighbor hotel guests can also use your your pool, deck etc. we thought that it would be child free holiday but they were everywhere :) so no point to pay double fee. Go to the Crystal instead.
