The hotel is built in the mountains, but it only takes 5 minutes to drive to Merritt**. The rooms are similar to standard rooms or suites separated by villas. The outdoor swimming pool is very large and the environment is very good, like a small manor.

Dated rooms, lukewarm food poorly laid out so people are forced to push into queue because there is no beginning or end! You have to buy drinks at inflated prices in the restaurant, you are not allowed to bring even water into the restaurant. We had to call for maintenance the first night because toilet would t flush. We had one electric socket in our room which didn’t work properly. We had to hold whatever was plugged in to make a connection. I complained repeatedly about it. The receptionist took my charger off me at reception and proceeded to show me how to plug it in correctly to make the charge. When I said I knew how to plug things in she rolled her eyes at me. Eventually they sent someone to sort the problem. It worked until we tried to use something else in the socket.

We moved to Cyprus last year and have stayed in a few hotels, Riverside being one of them. It’s not right by the sea, but they have a free shuttle to a fantastic beach club, which is free if you’re staying at the hotel. It’s a great spot for both kids and adults—the beach is sandy, and during the day, we got to see a few entertainment shows, including an acrobat performance, which the whole family loved! The service was really good, and the hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lots of trees and flowers. The pools were super relaxing and peaceful. Overall, we had a great time!

The secure and safe hotel that i like it so much ,it was the first Time i came to cyprus.personnel was so friendly,specially réception and restaurant personnels,the beach and su set was nice,igot massage and was great,i advise you extremely.

İ booked hotel because of its commitment ti eco_friendly practice and pet_friendly acts.it was the blend of historical and modern facility.personnel were nice,pools was amazing,Price was reseanable and i will recommend you.i drive 1hour and half from Mağusa City till there.
