Bir gece kaldım geldiğimde check - in saatinden 2 saat sonra geldim (yani temizlik için bolca vakit vardı) check in yapacak personel arkadaşları ile konuşmaktan sohbet etmekten benim işlemi biraz geç yaptı :) bell boy çantalarınızı alacak odanıza götürecek dedi o da danışmada oturuyordu bir de onu bekledim sonra sinirlenip kendim gittm . Oda kapısı açıktı??? Yastıklar dağıtılmış ortada duruyor O an şansıma otel otelde çalışan müşteri ilişkilerinden bir hanımefendi Meryem hanım bana yardımcı oldu odanın pis olduğunu teyit ettik Sonrasında danışmaya beraber gittik danışma dakiler sistem dozunu temiz gözüktüünü söyleyip bizim gördüğümüz şeyi reddettiler :) Fotoğrafla kanıtlarım dedim bakmak bile istemediler :) odayı değiştirdiler sonrasında ikna olup çok sükür temiz bir oda verildi

Was not happy with the showers service was terrible before i done this location i did press refundable i dont know why it says non refundable cause i clicked refundable,i left the hotel before my check out cause i was not happy can i please get my refund back before i make police get involved i have pressed refundable soo i can get my money back i don’t know why it says non refundable please get back to me as soon as possible i’m not happy…
