The rooms were well equipped and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee is also provided in the rooms and a nice bowl of fruit on arrival. The buffet was well stocked with a good variety of food. The reason for giving three stars were: 1. The bathroom shower is not well designed and the floor floods. Some minor maintenance of the shower fitting would probably resolve the problem. 2. On the first night our sleep was interrupted at 03.30hrs by an alarm call which was not booked nor expected! The reception was advised accordingly the following morning but clearly to no avail as at 03.30 the following night the same unexpected call was received again. Such an an recurrence is clearly unacceptable and I trust this review will encourage the hotel to review its processes in this area.

Originally, I was going to book the next Hilton. The price of the house temporarily increased. I booked this one, including breakfast and dinner for $30. No guests are staying in the off-season. The room is relatively old and the food is very simple. The breakfast is collected at 9:30, there is nothing to eat, it is not recommended that there is no hot air balloon in winter.

If you are driving by yourself, it is highly recommended to stay here. The environment is much better than that of the cave hotel in Goreme town. Wi-Fi in the room is not very strong, but room is big. The services of the hotel are very good, and the staff is very enthusiastic.

The rooms were well equipped and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee is also provided in the rooms and a nice bowl of fruit on arrival. The buffet was well stocked with a good variety of food. The reason for giving three stars were: 1. The bathroom shower is not well designed and the floor floods. Some minor maintenance of the shower fitting would probably resolve the problem. 2.
