It was a pleasure to stay in GOLDEN CREST, with such friendly people which made our stay perfect. Perfect location, amazing home made food, lovely environment, worth staying in that house boat. The owner and family had great attitude towards their guest which made our stay even more comfortable. Right form the airport pick up, to the site seeing, till the airport drop on our last day, we completely enjoyed it. Thanks to Mr. Aijaz and family for providing such great service and making us feel that we were at our home. I would love to come back and stay here again. Very recommended to stay there.

This is an amazing property for family, Solo or groups… I cannot find anything which could spoil the stay here. - decently sized cozy rooms with electric blanket (especially required in winters) and functional washrooms - good food quality and preparation (although I only had breakfast here) - courteous staff and claen property - Dal Lake at walking distance - Chinar Garden at walking distance - Multiple famous eateries/restaurants are near by Few points which can be improved: - limited options in buffet breakfast - Hot water in bathrooms are available only for 3hrs in morning and 3hrs in evening While on vacation, you don’t want to stuck with time and not everyone will want to take bath by 10am in morning

Although from the outside it might look like a good hotel, but the rooms were not good at all. We ordered some food, which was served cold. I won't say the services were bad. But they should have considered that the food was already cold and shouldn't have served it. The staff was not rude but wasn't welcoming either. Also nothing was working in the room neither the electric blanket not the geyser. The location of the hotel is good it has access to the local market by walk.

We stayed here as a group of 4 friends. The rooms were spacious, warm and super comfortable. Hot water is available 24*7. Beds are quite big and the staff were really friendly. The best part is the view of the lake and the balcony outside the rooms. 100% would recommend ch-achoo palace to everyone visiting srinagar!
