If you are looking for size, this hotel is perfect. Very spacious, with balcony overlooking mountain. However if you are looking for a modern kind of accommodation, you need to look elsewhere. Important: Overhead shower in the bathtub, no shower curtain, nor safety handheld bar. not suitable for elderly parents. Room amenities and faciilties: tired. Need major upgrade.

The price is according to the facilities, the location is in the tourist area so there are many choices of places to travel there is bathup and water heater,breakfast is pretty good but not much variety

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. the place is comfortable, nice and cheap, the prices are safe for your wallet and there are lots of sellers around the hotel so it's good if you're looking for food nearby

I stay one night in this hotel when i travel to solo. Its clean but The room(standar room) is a bit small. I like how they design their rooms and with all the interiors on the hotel (especially at the restaurant). Overall, i have a good experience and will consider to come back.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean, the service is also good. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel. The minus is only 1, the room is not soundproof, noise from the next room or corridor enters the room.

A budget hotel that is quite clean when you look at it with your eyes, when I sleep my hands itch until I wake up 2 times. maybe bitten by a flea. And the next day my hands were bumpy and swollen. up to 3 days still the bumps. please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed. Thank you

i've stayed here at mid August 2020, with my family. Facade is a new hotel, clean enough. And the location is strategic, in the middle of Tawangmangu, beside the Balekambang Park and Bangun Trisno Resto. So nothing to worry if we need some food in the night. Parking area is small, so if we come late, need to park the car in front of the hotel, near Balekambang Park. The room is clean, even not spacious. Only i don't know why the hot water is just slightly warm. I also checked at the other room is the same. I think maybe the boiler for the water heater not enough. This is opportunity to improve for the hotel. The breakfast are simple, not so much variations of the menu. Maybe this is also need to improve. But overall, this hotel is nice, clean, and the location is strategic.

Nice hotel with the concept.. very spacious. Breakfast is also complete. Need improvement in the toilet, because something is leaking (the floor is still wet). Drinking water if you can replace with the concept of gallon in every hallway, so it can be more eco-friendly
