Ayom Suite

We stayed 2 nights. Very warm welcoming from Ms May. Everyday the fruits and homemade juice were refilled. Did not manage to have breakfast but we had dinners and the food are fabulous! On our last night, my boyfriend got an upset stomach and was vomitting badly very early in the morning, which we were quite certain that he got cold from the snorkeling tour earlier and eating spicy Bali food. I am greatly thankful that we received immediate and delicate assistance from the hotel - Ms. Dayu came to check on us and later with her colleague drove us to the nearest hospital. She also helped us to communicate with the local medical staff to make sure we could catch our flight... I could not ask for more, thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.

This is the place to stay when in Lombok. Service - Staff is very friendly. You are welcomed with a drink and towel, and we loved the warm snack that came with it. They go all the way and beyond for you. When they didn’t had a coke they still managed to get one. They welcomed you every time when walking in. The smiles and the sweetness. Also a really big thank you to Mita who managed to get bus tickets to get from Mataram all the way to Labuan Bajo. They were so incredible sweet. They have weekly a get together with some food and invited us to join. Thank you so much guys. Rooms - Spacious, romantic, clean. Very home feel. The view from our room to the swimming pool is so nice. Also the possibility to sit outside is great. Only the bathroom gets a bit wet when showering. Breakfast - the breakfast is good. You get a lot. You choose the night before. The afternoon snack was always fun and we returned to the hotel to enjoy that one! Also eating there is really tasty. Especially the French toast as dessert is to die for! Location - Our plan was only to stay a couple of nights and then move to other part in Lombok. So glad we stayed here for a whole week instead! We rented a motorbike and discovered all the way to Kuta. We saw so much of the island. The price is more than fair. You get much more than in other places. Please keep up the fantastic work. Hope to come back one day.

We stayed for 2 nights in the club suite. We really liked the warm welcome and all the check-in processes done in the suite. They served us a welcome drink along with canapés and ice cream for my son. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of town. We basically had all our meals there – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner – all of which were certainly delicious. Shout out to the kitchen team! They maintain the property very well, and little touches in the room like coffee and tea, cookies, chocolate, and juice are just perfect! Will stay there again if we visit Lombok! Thank you, Ibu Dayu, Chika, and Mita! Our stay was definitely memorable!

spent one night in this place, really amazed by the experience that they gave, especially the food is on another level. staffs are really nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable to have a great rest. if tripadvisor could give 10 stars for the review, i’ll definitely give them 11.
