周圍房間很吵 ，電視機每隔十分鐘自動關閉，打電話前台，他們讓保安過來看看，保安年紀不小，還反問我怎麼維修，沒有專門維修人員，服務態度不好。

設施較陳舊，衞生還湊合，環境不錯，服務很好，早餐一般。另：不小心打破了一個刷牙玻璃杯，扣了25元，好貴的玻璃杯啊😱

克拉瑪依汽車客運站旁邊的一家老星級酒店，有點老舊，但附近環境不錯的。首先是出行方便，附近不遠有個鐵馬夜市和石油小鎮美食廣場之類的，到了夜裡，人氣很旺，有許多當地的特色美食美酒。旅遊出差皆可享用，克拉瑪依人工河也在美食廣場附近，可遊覽……

酒店門前可以停車，自駕比較方便，附近也有吃飯的地方。不過前幾天門前的路還在施工。酒店衞生間乾濕不分，洗澡後地總是濕濕的，這點特別不好
