After traveling through Karamay, I searched for the address of Home Inn directly, but there were no rooms in the business trip. The manager took us to Home Inn neo and introduced us to the hotel facilities and showed us the rooms. We were very satisfied and checked into the hotel directly. .

交通方便，有停車場🅿，新開的酒店，硬件比較新。就是服務上有點跟不上，右手邊如家酒店的大門關了，也沒有貼指示牌👈，應該告訴客人往如家商旅的大堂進，或者把樓頂如家商旅的發光字廣告牌直接改成如家酒店。前台開房沒有尊重客户的要求，要的高樓層無煙房，結果給我一間二樓的頂頭把邊的房間，而且房間煙味明顯。

客房不太但乾淨，床被乾淨乾燥，洗漱間夠用，水量比較大，下水也通暢。院內有停車場，車位不少，不過是兩家如家酒店共用。沒有拍酒店照片，用克拉瑪依幾個著名景點充充數。

前台服務員，能按我需要，將房間安排靠小區向西，很安靜，乾淨，這點比較滿意，停車很方便，設施也是比較新，唯一就是衞生間地磚裂了沒有及時修補，踩上去，搖搖晃晃的，已向前台反應。
