房間非常小，衞生間比房間地面高出30多cm，衞生間門口外面沒有任何防滑墊等防滑措施，晚上洗澡時因衞生間地面和房間地面高出了30多cm，因地面沒有防滑墊，以至於滑倒了兩次。第二天退房時和賓館工作人員反映這種情況，賓館吧枱負責接待的工作人員置若罔聞，不予理采，服務態度非常差。
