第一個房間看不了電視 保安調了半天沒弄好 都快夜裡12點了説是找寬帶公司的來弄 在我的強烈要求下 後面不情不願的給我換房間 還説不能保證換一個房間也能看電視 😵💫換的房間倒是能看電視 不過好像很久沒人住了 水龍頭都是先出的生銹的水 地毯很臟 早上起來身上還癢 都起疙瘩了

以前去克拉瑪依經常住這家酒店，一直以來感覺都還不錯，可是就這次住店真的是體驗感超差，我是凌晨兩點到的酒店辦的入住，因為趕路太累，進房間就休息了，半夜也不知道幾點，一衹隔壁奇癢，因為太累，就沒起來看，迷迷糊糊挖了一陣又睡著了。早上十點多起來，發現一個眼睛也是腫的（被咬的），然後現在的天氣房間裏沒有暖氣。去洗漱沒熱水。以上所説絕對沒有污衊之詞。所説全部屬實。我一般不會去給一家酒店做評價，除非讓我體驗感非常非常差，我才會評價，然後就這樣我也沒洗漱，退了房間換了別的酒店。因為這個酒店位置還行，所以以前一直住這個酒店，希望酒店能改進衞生環境，徹底將衞生打掃乾淨。不至於晚上住那被蟲咬。

房間衞生很差，桌面上臟的要命，沒法放東西，説是有早餐，唉，一杯稀飯，一個雞蛋，一個包子，一點油條，我吃了兩份差不多飽，這那早酒店的早餐喲。

酒店的設計師肯定是個外行，衞生間的設計超級奇葩，關上門人都無法坐在馬桶上了，開着門，整個房間龐臭。真的要為酒店這樣的設計打call。3百多一晚就這環境，超級無語
