酒店前台有一個瘦瘦的，態度非常差，反饋個問題愛答不理的，建議加強培訓，不能幹換人，讓調試個電視，打了一個電話掛了電話沒下文了，下去説人出去了讓我等一會，等了一會兒還沒來我説我有事出去，讓回來了去修，關鍵是我都轉完回來了，問她也不搭理我，明明我先進門問的，她回答的後面來的人的問題。然後又跟我説人家走了，早都下班了，不是這位大姐，不是你説的幾分鐘就過來修嗎，人家下班關我啥事？這不是你負責的事嗎？想想就生氣，完了説她一會上來，然後等了一會就上來了，結果上來説什麼顯卡沒開，大姐誰知道要開顯卡的，沒好氣的甩門就走了，什麼人啊大姐，不能幹換人行不行，我花錢住的，什麼態度，這麼好的酒店你説環境啥的都挺好的，咋有服務這麼讓人不舒服的前台。像7號早上的這個臉圓圓的前台多好，真的，把另一個瘦瘦的辭了吧，看着就不舒服，什麼態度啊。

位置處於老城區，周邊飲食配套較好，離景區較遠，但是公交比較方便，
設施：陳舊，衹是在舊地面上粘了一層地板膠，桌子也是這樣，
衞生：廁所反味重，保潔阿姨用塑料袋裝水封在下水口就好多了
價格實惠，住了四天

設施和衞生：房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服， 酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的👍👍👍👍

六點半有人挨個房子按門鈴。最後警察來了。説在賓館被打了。過來找打他的人。要瘋嗎。那個啤酒瓶子提領哐啷都不睡覺的嗎。

房間內部用的東西都挺臟的 説有wifi但是根本連不上 電視也打不開 洗漱用具非常差勁 水杯都是臟的牙膏更無法形容，床一股煙味 躺上面能聽到彈簧嘎吱嘎吱的聲音，而且一晚上有吵架的有摔門吵架的 隔音巨差 一晚上被吵得衹睡了2個小時 吵架人嗓門特別大

服務態度差，老闆説話很牛，好像不住他家的房子沒地方住了，讓他換個安靜點的房子！直接説你的房價換不了，而且房間有臭味！如果不是我客户在附近方便，我肯定不會住這裏！
