The room facilities are outdated, the sanitary conditions are very poor, there is no hot water in the room, and the heating in winter relies on central air conditioning, which does not solve the problem at all. The temperature has been 20 degrees. I strongly recommend you not to choose this store

The room has almost no heating, just a heater. The shower water was not very hot and the breakfast was just OK. When the room was cleaned, the towels and bed sheets were not changed, and the front desk didn't seem to care when I reported it.

I couldn't extend my stay at the original hotel, so I changed it temporarily. The service was very average. The phone in the room was broken. I called the front desk from my cell phone and told them that the phone was broken and asked for some water. They arranged for someone to deliver the water but they didn't deal with the phone. When I got up the next day, there was a power outage. The hotel is not small and there is no backup power. I got up in the dark and had no idea how to go downstairs. There was not even any service staff in the corridor. I called the front desk and they couldn't tell me how to get downstairs. When we went to the restaurant downstairs to eat, there were a bunch of waiters, all busy with something else. I couldn't understand what the hotel management was thinking. The hotel management level is quite average, and there is no basic emergency plan. In this situation, shouldn't there be service personnel on every floor to provide emergency services? ? ?

Overall, it should be considered a good hotel, but the quality and richness of the breakfast are slightly insufficient, and the lack of meat is a bit of a bummer. If it can be improved, it should become a better hotel
