For the cost the hotel is not absolutely a good level hotel. The room not clean and the breakfast is very very poor. During the check in me and my wife have been in another subsidiary location which it was not good as expected.

There is no smile in the service, and everyone responds passively with a straight face; the smell left by the room decoration is strong and glaring; there is no instruction manual for the smart devices, which are just for display and do not reflect their functions; the customer service is not standardized and the management is not in place (the trash can cover is randomly placed on the toilet); there is no check-in introduction at the front desk, and there is no explanation of breakfast, internet, and supporting facilities... The only consolation is that the cotton fabrics are not bad, but there are no pillowcases (just protective covers)! It damages the image of a so-called five-star hotel. I guess they receive too many politicians and ignore individual travelers!

The reception building we booked stinks as soon as we walked in, with hair and debris all over the floor, especially a large pile of hair at the door. It's disgusting. We changed to the VIP building!

The room is good, but it's very hot. You have to open the window. It would be better if it has a built-in kettle for mineral water. Also, there is no robot to deliver takeaways to the door.
