地理位置比較優越 樓下就是廣場 吃飯的地方很多
品種也比較齊全 出行交通都很便利，房間衞生乾淨整潔 住起來很舒服 前台很熱情 唯一不足的就是介紹有免費機場班車到酒店説沒有 總體來説還是比較好的

房間設施環境根本就不匹配這個價位 一進房間床頭櫃上還有煙灰 房間也特別小 洗浴和馬桶還不是分開的房間還有味道

本來想的不給差評了 結果退房的時候告訴我們2點前就要退 攜程上顯示4點 前台説不是他們的錯 是攜程的錯 推卸責任也就算了 剛進房就檢查了一下衞生 被子上有污漬 衞生間地上也有上個用户留下來的毛髮 衞生差 服務也不好 電視看不了 來給我們看 最後也沒處理好 真的醉了 本來一直都住這家 經過這次再也不會住了

位置很好，就是位置挺好！衞生間這個樣子，房間紙巾也沒有，電話幾個前台沒人接！前台這個美女人是好看，但臉全程板成這樣的也是沒有遇到過！別説什麼服務態度了。真是拜感

此行最差的一家酒店，大家謹慎選擇～感覺是新疆不缺流量，服務差的不得了，衞生也很差，浴巾毛巾上到處都是頭髮，打電話讓來看看，結果人家説不會吧！來了房間很不禮貌的説大不了換一個吧～第二天的早餐是給一張票去馬路對面吃，沒找到又打電話問了一遍，結果被吼了，説不是給你説過嗎！給我們幾個人氣笑了～

不知道怎麼定的星級，就是一個普通的三星酒店，主要都是旅行團遊客，可能為他們出套餐用的吧。
1. 酒店地址一般，免費停車衹有地面但位置很少，地面沒位置掛了牌子引導去了地下停車場，但是沒有提示需要付費。早上問前台態度一般的回答地下不歸他們負責，就不搭理了
2. 酒店餐廳也沒有，早餐需要出酒店過一個大馬路到對面的早餐鋪吃飯
3. 晚班説是新來的前台小姐姐態度挺好，當天臨時定的，還有升級房型

樓下就是新絲路廣場 吃飯的地方特別多 往前走就是風情街 剛好都在一個地方 前台小姐姐的性格也特別好 我的東西落到哪裡了還專門幫我找了 房間特別乾淨整潔 入住體驗特別好
