We stayed here during the religious holidays (1-4 May). The hotel is located near the city but away from the crowd. The rooms are comfortable, the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was rich. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Definitely we will visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Rasim, the manager for all the arrangements.

I am writing on behalf of all earthquake survivors regarding the 6 February 2023 disaster; the most perfect hotel I have ever seen, from its staff to its food, from cleaning to heating. Especially in the hotel that opened its doors to us in such a period, it helped us with all our requests with a smiling face, listening and understanding, both sheltering and psychologically working tirelessly with all its sincerity. Thank you very much to the officials and staff. May God bless you all and protect you from all evil. We will never forget you...

If I am to be considered as a person dealing with the tourism sector, I had the opportunity to stay for 3 days by coming for business. When you enter the door, the smile of all the staff greets you. The food is great. Congratulations to the chief and his team. The F&b Manager knows his job well and his follow up is excellent. All the staff, especially the general manager, are very polite, helpful and smiling. Rooms are very clean. There is definitely a serious system and effort in the personnel here.
