Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad."
