The room is large, newly opened and very clean. There were people smoking in the hotel and the alarm went off many times at night, affecting my sleep. The breakfast is of group meal standard with few varieties and poor quality.

The hotel I stayed at when I came out of Pamukkale was relatively good among the nearby hotels. When I checked in, I registered for SPA services. Services ranged from 35 euros to 50 euros. You can choose by yourself, and the consumption is quite high. There are banks and supermarkets downstairs which is very convenient. There are restaurants and hotels, and you can also walk to the town.

Pamukkale Kaya Thermal Spa Hotel have the most excellent facilities. Thermal pool, swimming pool, spa facilities very clean and well looked after. Very professional and helpful staff. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended. Thank you.

All the staff are very friendly, it is a perfect, clean and excellent hotel with excellent service, but there are a few names that I would like to thank in particular, house keeping, Zeynep and Yasemin, Dilara and Selda from the rest department, reception, Mert, and the kitchen chefs, Ozgur, Eray, Tarik and the entire team.
