A not so pleasant experience: 1.Clear requests,passed on to multiple staff are not honoured - I asked for laundry to be done, I was billed yet my items were not cleaned. 2.Request for breakfast for early check out- requests made multiple times to the receptionist and kitchen staff - request made a day earlier and on the evening prior to check out - premium tears... I left without the requested packed breakfast as the kitchen staff woke up to make it while I was checking out. 3.Bathrooms- why have a black fluid draining from the cistern?? Management to look this. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I forgot my coat in their room, called right the next morning, I was informed that the coat could not be parceled to Nairobi and I had to go get it myself, I don't frequent Naivasha, so months later when I called for pickup, I was informed that my suit coat had been given away. Their accomodation is as pathetic as their customer service.

Run, run, run away from this hotel. Working on swimming pool, bugs in food, rooms with oozing toilets, holes in walls, ripped curtains, dark, scary, super gross. Arrived on a tour and all 16 travelers refused to stay. Run. Skip this resort.

Very poorly maintained facilities. Soiled upholstery, stagnant sewage,broken bathroom tiles. Overall an underwhelming experience. We came here on the second leg of our journey from the Maasai Mara where we stayed at an amazing place, so it was very disappointing to be staying in such a place.We were booked in by Mamu Travels and we assumed that they knew what they were doing as they ought to be aware of which properties are decent to send their clients to. We didn't even get a refund for the night we didn't spend there.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. Pleasant restaurant with very good cuisine. Grilled fish from Lake Naivasha. No lake view from the room. The staff is very helpful.
