The change in attitude of the staff is visible. The staff right from the guard at the reception, the reception staff (Simon), the cart driver(Antony) and the waiters in the dining room made me as a guest feel very valued.

The bed was very comfortable and very clean. The showers were very relaxing with alot of warm water. The outside dinner arrangement was top notch. The waiters were welcoming and very friendly. The walk paths are well marked. Taking a walk all the way to the lake was breath taking.

The hotel has a great ambience, enough ground to handle many team building activities. The place is serene and great for unwinding from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would extremely recommend.

The villa rooms were the overall best part of my trip (spacious, great ambience) although the distance to the rooms was quite far from the main activity areas. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely want to come back on a family or couples trip.

I had a great time. Enjoyed the views of Lake Naivasha. I wish the boat rides were a bit more friendly to enjoy a boat ride at the lake.
