We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel for the first time! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm welcome and exceptional service. To our delight, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade to better accommodate our family, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly and memorable stay!

This place is a gem. It has everything you would want in one place and it’s hard to find anything negative at all. The accommodation is 5*, staff are attentive and responsive, every single one wanting to make your stay comfortable and memorable. There are a couple of restaurants onsite that serve an excellent variety of absolutely delicious food. There are lots of activities to engage in the venue without going out. My husband and son enjoyed the spa treatment whilst I did a Lake Naivasha boat trip. There’s cycling, walking, running and other fun family activities. I saw a family enjoying a game of croquet on the grounds. They were accommodative allowing us to check out an hour later! I will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for giving us a memorable stay. Keep up the good work and see you again soon.

I had an amazing stay at Enashipai Resort. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. I also loved the stunning view of the lake, which added a perfect touch of serenity to the entire experience. I would always recommend this place for holidays and love stories.

The stay was the most excellent I've ever experienced. The staff were all absolutely amazing similar to the whole stay. The amenities within the resort were all great, I wish we had more days to experience everything. The food too was exquisite. Great food options for all meals! 10/10.

A huge resort spans over 50 a up and cannot have photo shoots with the animals. The room is spacious and clean with big bathroom and nice hot shower and shampoo, conditioner and body gel. A small shop for local products and dresses for loved at home.The restaurant is spacious and the food is superb. Friendly and courteous staffs. A good comfortable stay.
