It's pretty good, but it's a pity that you can't use anything in the kitchen. The refrigerator is very noisy and you have to unplug the power. Although the room is big, it doesn't have a bathtub. There is still a lot of room for improvement

We had another amazing holiday at the Diana, we have been going to the Diana for 12 years Omar and his staff work so hard and will do anything for you . The apartments are spotless they cleaned every three days with clean towels and bedding, We had lots of days by the pool which had lots of sun beds and parasols You can get the little bus into calis which works out at £1-50 for two there are lots of bars and tavernas there or you could walk it takes about ten minutes We had food brought to our balcony a couple of times which is very reasonable priced and we didn’t have a bad meal it was all delish or you can eat in the bar /restaurant area there is a little shop for basic provisions We were with friends this year and they loved it too We have booked again for next year Thankyou from John and Linda x😎

Went to Diana Residence for our annual holiday September 2024, nice spacious two bedroomed apartment with two balconies, few little hiccups I.e. kettle not working and shower not fixed to wall, but these issues were soon sorted, unfortunately the beds were awful, so uncomfortable. The pool area was well organised with ample sunbeds and parasols, the only downside was there was algae on the insides of the pool and the pool floor was very gritty. The biggest downside to me was the cats, roaming about, sitting on the towels on the sunbeds, and constantly around people waiting for food, that's no detriment to the hotel, unfortunately that's people residing there feeding the cats when it's clearly marked don't feed the cats The restaurant on site was very good value for money and the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Overall really enjoyed our stay at Diana Residence Calis Turkey 🇹🇷 ☺️

This is our first time staying at the Diana residence we overall had a nice time but there a a few things that could be better. Firstly the cleanliness needs to be improved ,grubby windows , all dishes and cutlery were dirty and needed washed the showers need fixed also the lights in living room were smashed, the kettles need replaced full of limescale we spent our first day cleaning the whole place ,not ideal. Also the sunbed situation is hilarious people had towels on the beds by 7am after 4 days of not wanting to put towels down I had to eventually do it and this was in September so would hate to think what it would be like in peak. Food on site is average also never hot, the positives is the area is great, close to everything with lots of beautiful places to eat and drink , this is my 3rd time in calis but unfortunately won’t be returning to the Diana residence

We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The appt was huge, modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. The aircon is really good and the restaurant was lovely too. Definitely recommend the Turkish breakfast.

WOW! We tend to stay in all inclusive hotels but this trip we thought we’d try self catering and were more than pleasantly surprised! My family of 7 stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was huge, over two floors! Fully functioning kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher! We had two bathrooms - which made getting ready for the evening easy as there was two showers! The pool was the perfect temperature and the perfect amount of sun loungers around the pool. The staff at the Diana Residence were amazing, nothing was too much to ask! They even surprised us with a birthday cake for our children who celebrated their 13th & 18th birthday whilst on holiday! This holiday was my first to Turkey and I cannot wait to come back and stay at the the Diana Residence

Stayed at Diana Residence for 2 week family holiday and would highly recommend. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was really spacious and spotlessly clean on arrival. We had 2 double rooms and 1 twin room which worked well for us. The bar/restaurant was great with very reasonable priced food and drink and great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool area was also spotlessly clean. There was amble sun beds but a few days out of the 2 weeks there was sun bed wars but this quickly stopped once larger families/groups left. Majority of days you could get a sun bed at any time. The shop onsite is handy but limited but does the essentials that are needed and is open 24 hours. The staff are an asset to the hotel. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle and there was always a good morning or a hello when you saw anyone. I would say the hotel is about 15/20 min walk away from the main ‘tourist area’ and with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for a relaxing, clean, friendly hotel then this is the place.

We’d never been to Turkey so we were apprehensive about our stay but read good reviews on tripadvisor as well as keeping up to date on the hotels Facebook page which settled our nerves a little. Well, I can honestly say this has been the best holiday we have ever had. Location was great, not too far from the beach or amenities but far enough away to be nice and peaceful. The friendliness of the staff from the guys in reception, to the daytime/evening staff and the cleaners was very welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and tidy - the only very slight issue was the shower didn’t last long with hot water but that’s probably down to our kids!!! The shop on site was perfect and had the usual basics we needed and anything it didn’t have we could get from the local shops about 10min walk away. The restaurant and bar was great and reasonably priced, the only issue for me was no zero alcohol beer 🤣 (not really an issue though) The pool was lovely and there were ample beds. I’m a creature of habit and like having the same loungers so was getting up at stupid oclock to reserve our 4 sunbeds but probably didn’t need to be as early as I was doing it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Would we come again…? You bet! We have actually already booked to come back next August!!

Loved this place and we were lucky to be given a double room for the two of us for a 10-night stay, so in turn the accommodation was very spacious. Two balconies to choose from, but we mainly sat near the pool area. The amenities in the room were an added bonus - kettle, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Zeki the barman was brilliant and lovely having a chat with him. Durmus was really helpful when we had some issues with the room. The hotel is very well situated, as down the road, there is a taxi rank. Opposite the taxi rank is the dolmus stop. It was cheaper to use the dolmus for getting into town. Further up the road there are plenty of local shops to buy staples, milk, bread, etc. If you are happy to walk a bit further up the road, you will come across to the beach and local restaurants. On the last day we had to vacate our room at 12noon. As we were not being picked up until 7pm. So decided for an additional £50 we had been given another room which helped tremendously. The only gripe we complained that our room had not been cleaned. To be advised they are cleaned every three days. This is the only negative we have about this hotel. Especially the bathroom area. We went in May, so hotel was a bit quieter before the school rush

Great apartments. Spacious and very clean. We were in a two bed apartment. Two balconies both good sizes. Staff superb. If you need to change £ go into the reception and they will offer a very competitive rate. Grounds immaculate and subbed as and areas around the pool washed down everyday. Quiet location. Taxi rank 2 min walk but also dolmus available there also just put your hand out to stop them. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good and edible. There is a small shop on site which we used for pool drinks and fresh bread which was lovely! The only thing on site to do is the pool but found all residents to be really friendly.

This place is really customer service focused. Great value for money and we would all definitely return. I have seen some reviews saying that the location is a bit far out. As a family with 3 children (12,7 & 2) we had no issues with the location at all. It’s a 15 minute walk into Calis where you can find reasonably priced restaurants. The bus stop is at the bottom of the street to take you into Fethiye. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk as the on site shop is limited and charges a bit higher prices. I found all the staff really professional and friendly with any issued tackled straight away. The rooms as very clean and spacious with the house keeping doing a fantastic job. The grounds are beautifully kept and it was a pleasure to sit out on the balcony as it was very quiet. You can order all food to your room which is also very good. The only slight downside was the power cuts but that affected the whole area so nothing to do with the hotel.

Room - Easily the best accommodation we've stayed in on holiday, booked a 2 bedroom duplex room 502, could have slept 5 people,P.S if your in this room and have a cat outside every morning we apologize. Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Pool - Pool was a decent enough size always had loungers available, If your coming with children there isn't an awful lot other than just the pool literally nothing else. Food - Ate from the hotel restaurant twice and on both occasions it wasn't for us, really didn't enjoy the pizza or burgers but there is a few other choices we didn't try. Location - A little bit out the way, took about 15 mins to get to the bars and restaurants but there is a dolmus 2 mins away and a taxi rank. Don't think we'd return solely down to location and your holiday depends on other visitors, so if there is alot of families with children it won't be peaceful because the pool areais quite compact, there where children when we where there (all very well behaved) but I image if there was more families with children it would get to much for us.

We loved Calis Fethiye that much we have decided to go back this year in 2024 (but to a different hotel) there is lots to see and do, friendly locals and a real family atmosphere! Diana has wonderful gardens and the place was very clean ! No noise, no entertainment, limited eating on site, but that is what we wanted so all good. The location is on the out skirts, a 20 minute walk to the main strip (in the boiling sun this is too far so we caught a bus most days) The mini market on site is VERY expensive so try not to shop here. My final qualm would be the one bed apartment i booked for two adults and one child wasn't really suitable, it had a very uncomfortable sofa bed that my son ended up sleeping on in the kitchen area! Other than that ok :)
