We went with my wife and 5-month-old baby. Mr. Cafer and his staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The reason why my wife and I loved Cappadocia so much, which was our first time, was not only the fairy chimneys, castles, valleys, underground cities, restaurants, and balloons, but also the friendly approach that welcomed us at Masal Cave. With the contributions of Cafer Bey, who is also a balloon pilot, Sefa Bey, who can fly and fly any kind of extreme sports vehicle, and all the staff who contributed to the delicious food and accommodation, we returned home with many memories that we will remember with happiness later. The rooms are really modern caves that give the feeling of belonging to another world and time. Their interiors are both appealing to the eye and at the same time quite spacious and functional. Although there are different types of rooms in the hotel, the room we stayed in had a very large bathroom and an area inside that could be converted into a pool. The food was extremely delicious. Even though we missed breakfast, a table was prepared for us. We were always asked how we were doing, and coffee and tea conversations never ceased. There was a management approach that made every moment of the stay feel like home, and cared about the troubles of its guests. Our tour and balloon were arranged immediately. In short, everything we wished for in this fairy tale came true immediately :) A little advice for those who want to go; renting a car is a reasonable option, as you know, it is a very wide geography, but you can also reach Göreme, Uçhisar, Avanos from Ürgüp by minibuses. There are many places to see, many things to eat, and many activities to do. Therefore, we recommend that you allocate at least 3-4 full days. Finally, as Ebru and Atıl, we will definitely come to Cappadocia again and we will not think for a moment where we will stay when we come.

Güler yüzlü hizmet, ilgi, alaka, yardımseverlik, hijyen, oda dizaynı ve birçok konuda beklentilerimin çok üzerinde bir butik otel. Fiyat performans olarak tek kelimeyle mükemmel.

Les chambres sont calme, spacieuses, et propres. De plus, l'endroit et beau et a beaucoup de classe. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur les trois vallées et sur toute la Capadoce. On vous conseille d'y prendre le repas du soir. On l'a fait et c'était fantastique, les plats étaient raffinés et copieux. Les petits déjeuners étaient super aussi, on les a pris sur la terrasse qui a une très belle vue. Aucun soucis pour le parking privé, il est juste à côté. Bref, tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Un grand merci à Cafer et Kadir, nos hôtes, qui ont été à l'écoute, professionnels et chaleureux. On recommande à 100%
