My advice would be to avoid this hotel. On arrival was told we could upgrade to a villa at a cost. We accepted and agreed to pay. The grounds around the villa are very unkempt over grown grass and weeds around the pool. The villa its self is spacious but tired. Utensil’s basic, no wine glasses , corkscrew etc. Tried breakfast on the first morning, didn’t bother again. Choice of fruit cheese and dips. Staff unhelpful, was told I could only have scrambled eggs or omelet and they don’t have toast. The holiday was to celebrate my birthday with my daughter arriving on my second day. Tearful phone call from my daughter to say the hotel cancelled her booking as they had over booked her villa, this was literally 12 hours before her flight. Absolutely devastating. My husband spoke with the manager who had no alternative to suggest. Reception staff were nice and helpful also bar staff. This isn’t a peaceful getaway I feel like running away. This is my first negative experience of the many holidays I take yearly

Here now from 16th to 23rd September for my wife's holiday birthday .We have paid for our daughter and boyfriend to stay in a separate villa for 4 nights from the 18th.On 17th she got an email (in photo) to say booking cancelled but we can find you a nearby hotel (No hotels nearby) .They have refunded hotel money but I am £800 out of pocket for the non refundable jet 2 flights and £360 for their car hire and airport parking. We have since found out from an anonymous source that they have taken a 7seven night booking and cancelled their 4 night stay to keep occupancy level and profit to a maximum.

Far best hotel within 50km. Felt like home, staying in a nice cozy country room. When you first arrive, staff welcoming you with a smile and trying their best for your comfortable. Hotel in a forest, not so far from sea. After enter the pool, we didn't go to sea, because it's salted water. They are NOT using chemicals. Rooms are spotless clean and large enough. Beds are very comfortable. Facilities of the hotel are great. One of the best fitness equipments I've ever seen in a hotel. Loved the style of the breakfast. Not an ordinary hotel breakfast, it has different approach with some tiny details. Also, incredible view from pool and rooms. A place inside of the forest and full of oxygen. Perfect place to calm and relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service. I don’t know where to begin when describing our experience. Izz Getaway is a truly magical place tucked away from the chaos and noise of everyday life. Sitting amongst the trees and landscaped setting. Just paradise. I can’t praise this place enough. From the thoughtful design, to the services, the gorgeous food the beautiful and helpful staff this place is a 10/10 in just about every category. I would recommend Izz to anybody looking for an experience to remember for a price that won’t break the bank. Just go and see for yourself. You will definitely go back once you’ve been. Big love to everyone at Izz.

A real hidden gem in the heart of forest. Stone houses built underground keep you cool all day in scorching hot Dalaman summer. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotless clean. Good quality food and laid back atmosphere welcomes you at the poolside restaurant. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
