Tamamen plansız çıktığımız arabalı gezimizde Karaburun ilk durak oldu. Tavsiye üzerine geldiğimiz bu tarihi konakta, geçirdiğimiz 2 gece için asla pişman olmadık. Konağın tarihi Dokusuna dokunulmadan, misafirlere de açılan bu konakta kalmak çok da huzurlu idi. Her yerde detaylar, büyükannelerimin evini hatırlattı. Şehir merkezinde olmak, iskeleye yürüyerek inmek için ideal. Ama çıkışta zorlanabilirsiniz. Kalan diğer konuklara saygı için, sessizlik konağın tek kuralı. Patır kütür odada dolaşmak, yüksek sesle konuşmak, müzik dinlemek konakta kalan diğer konuklara saygısızlıktır. Bu nedenle sükunetten hoşlanmıyorsanız, gürültüyü seviyorsanız burası size göre değil (çok sesli çocuklu aileler için de uygun olmayabilir). Temizlik ve ilgi konusunda büyük eksikler var. Konuklar kendilerini yabancı veya istenmeyen misafirlermiş gibi hissedebilir. Çok şeffaf beyaz perdeler, sabah güneşin doğuşuyla birlikte aşırı aydınlık olmasına ve uykunuzun bölünmesine neden oluyor. Odada su bile bulunmuyor ki günün geç saatlerinde su isteyebileceğiniz bir personel de bulamıyorsunuz. İstenmeyen misafir gibi hissettiren ve servis sağlayamayan bir işletme. Otel yerine pansiyon denmesi daha uygun ama asıl sorun ilgisizlik ki o kadar rahatsız edici ki saygısızlık gibi algılanabiliyor.
