What an embarrassment to this resort's legacy reputation! The suite was poorly maintained (old soap scum on the glass shower walls, large resident spiders in the bathroom, smell of sewage coming up through the toilet). The hot springs pools were also poorly cleaned (the small pool had a brown dirt ring along its tiled wall, while the bottom of the big hot springs pool had slippery slime patches which surely has safety implications). The resort also needs to decide if it is truly family friendly - having a DJ playing loud blaring music all night long and until after 6am in a resort filled with young children and families was inexcusable and in extremely bad taste. A disappointing stay and poor value for money. I thank the managers present for listening to my concerns and complaints, and for the friendly send-off as I departed. Rekebisheni tafadhali!! And do better to improve your standards!!

I loved everything and the staff were amazing. The warm pool was awesome. Got a chance to visit lake bogoria for the first time and I loved the experience. Also the location of the hotel is at a very strategic site

Memorable hot neem tree soup just before candle lit dinner with lots of wine, steak & Music. Then the natural MEDICINAL hot Spa water oozing from the springs of Lake Bogoria in the East African Great Rift Valley. I recommend

Mercy was a very patient and understanding house keeper. She put in 100% effort and her best to make our settling in experience somewhat better. Thank you Mercy. With regards to the hotel in general, l recommend you walk the talk, much up to the global expectations of food, beverage and room service for instance, two pillows as opposed to one, margarita; serve what it is and how it should be and not make unreasonable excuses. N wash clothes, hand and face towels in the room just to mention but a few. Have consistency in the room i.e coffee maker, refrigerator, iron box etc. Customer care and hospitality from your reception and front office crew was atrocious. I was disappointed despite giving your team hints. As for the manager, please step up and do your role. Don't be evasive!

A beautiful calm hotel about 2kms from the northern tip of Lake Bogoria, served by a natural hot spring that feeds a steaming hot spa. Large very clean half Olympic size swimming pool and very courteous staff who are helpful in suggesting activities with the local communities including wild honey harvesting, hot spring geysers, bird watching and local traditnal cuisines (fermented milk aka Mursik,roast mutton nyama choma and brown ugali). The hotel facilities are clean, great F&B menus and sports activities both field and indoor. They also have beautiful ostriches and peacocks in the compound which patrol the well kept gardens.

I spent 2 nights here , I was on a Naturetrek tour " Highlights of Kenya " we explored both lake Begoria and Lake Boringo from this hotel. The room I had was perfectly adequate, the food was good particularly the breakfast. The grounds ate excellent for birdwatching the morning before leaving we saw a pearl spotted owl . Good WiFi both in the room and reception/ dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We came for a short stay, but it was a lot of fun. While swimming around in the pool we could watch the Marabou stock making their nest on the tree in front of us, and the monkeys and ostriches running around. The rooms are very pleasant and equipped with all you need including AC. The food is not the best attribute of the hotel.

A beautiful and serene place just perfect for relaxation at the heart of Rift Valley. The naturally heated pool at the facility is truly therapeutic, an experience worth every minute. We were very warmly received by Irene and the team at the reception and were settled in pretty fast, there was barely much waiting. The team is very responsive when requested for any assistance. Wilson was extremely kind and took very good care of us and made dining a pleasant experience. John also very resourceful with a depth of knowledge on matters nature. Margaret and Arap Cheres very pleasant and supportive. The rooms were my highlight, very spacious and airy with a beautiful view to the well manicured lawns. The foods are amazingly done, try the mwarubaini soup stated as highly medicinal. Our stay was excellent! I would gladly go back there. Please improve a little on wheelchair access to the front office and from the lounge to the dining area.
