Very bad
I was given the worst room in the When I asked them to change my room, they excused themselves by saying that the hotel was fully booked and that I had another room for another guest. This is disgusting discrimination. I will not repeat the experience. They ruined my vacation.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful place.
We actually hoped to stay in Zell am See, but this location in Kaprun turned out to be a better choice. The hotel is in a great location and the food served for meals was a gourmet experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

The perfect hotel!!
Pefect hotel with great location with only two minutes walk to the ski bus to Kitzsteinhorn. Very high service with great breakfast buffe and dinner. Very clean and fresh room and spa. We really recomend this hotel, it’s pefect./Johan from Sweden

Cozy room, comfy bed, all clean. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious with many options and we would stay here 100 times over! Highly recommend! And the SPAAAA! Will have you so refreshed! Definitely get a massage and facial! Also many sauna/steam room options! Love it!
